AC it didn't work, terrible hot nights. On the 20th complain about it and front desk didn't care. just the person I spoke on the 20th at am not help with ac. We spend all days with hot room. The staff very friendly Hotel is far from the main attractions , but with the train next to hotel is easy and fast to get to all places.

From arrival we were disappointed but too late to cancel the first two nights. It was raining on arrival, which made our delays on finding the hotel front door and car park a nuisance and very annoying. Hubby walked around trying to find the entrance - no luck. I found it but the door would not open - you had to have a card (we hadn’t checked in yet). I checked in, got told where to park the car. Went back to hubby and drove down to car park. Their instructions were vague to say the least. The lift had issues reading the card to get it to work. After unloading our suitcases we went back to the car garage via an outdoor, side door lift. Still raining so getting wet again - code wouldn’t work to get that door to open. Luckily a lady was going in - she said our code was wrong! By now, we were very frustrated so after unloading our next lot of luggage, I cancelled the third night here. On leaving we got to the car all right (with the correct code this time), but getting out with yet another code to press - that didn’t work straight away. We will not be back.

A distinctive and quiet hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The housekeeping service is average. Upon departure, you are disturbed by the constant calls to inform you of your departure. The best thing about this hotel is the reception staff...very friendly... Jouthson & Emilie Thank you.

Stay here while visiting paris. Being right next to the metro station led it to been easy to find and made it extremely useful for visiting the landmarks in paris. Plenty to eat at breakfast.

I felt very safe and welcome. The hotel is lo cated very close to the last Metro 13 station(1 minute walk!) My room was very quiet and spacious enough to do some yoga...and in the room is a coffee machine AND a hot water heater, which I loved. Very clean and comfortable. After this all it had a convenient price for Paris!

It was closer to the metro station. There was a supermarket, pharmacy and a bakery close by. Breakfast was OK. when we arrived the receptionist was rude, not friendly at all. Our room did not have a proper closet, there were no privacy in putting our clothes, no drawer. l The luggage cart used by the bell hoppers was our closet. The bathroom had no windows!!! We thought that we did not get the value for the money we paid. The hotel did not give us the receipt to claim taxes at the airport! It is a bit outside Paris.

The staff were unprofessional, with some of them being rude. The air- conditioning was not working, leading to high humidity and unhealthy air, which exacerbated my asthma. I lodged a complaint with Expedia to request a full refund. After two months of e-mails and a one -hour call with a manager, the manager then e-mailed the hotel management. They agreed to refund only one night out of the 6-night stay, which is not acceptable compensation for our discomfort during our stay.

After a day in the loud city you take the Metro (30 Minutes) and find peace in this Hotel. It has very good sound proofing-which is rare in Paris! The bed was very good and the room was spacious enough to practice some yoga(which is also not common in Paris' hotels; sometimes you hardly find a space for your suitcase in the rooms, let alone lying on the floor doing some exercises?! Everybody was friendly and helpful. I recommend!

Right beside the metro line which connects into downtown Paris. Beside a grocery store and multiple restaurants. Rooms were clean and no complaints about the building. Did not try the breakfast but it looked good. If youre hestitating because sometimes it takes multiple transfers on the paris subway line, the way they're designed its basically impossible to not do so even when youre in the heart of downtown.

I appreciated my stay here, my only issue was the lack of Air conditioning even though the listing said there would be AC. The receptionist offered o put a fan in our room and they never did. They also didn’t offer any other resolution or compensation other than free breakfast which we were not entirely too excited about. The breakfast is a continental breakfast which is very boring and not what i would want while visiting Paris. The property is clean and rooms are nice and spacious. Bathroom is lovely. One of the front desk associate, an Indian male didn’t seem too concerned with our situation and didn’t follow through fixing the issue.

I had a great stay at this hotel, which was one of the cleanest I’ve experienced so far. Although I didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast, the overall experience was excellent. The hotel's location is a major plus, as it's conveniently situated near the metro station, making it easy to reach the city center in just 30 minutes. Since it's at the first station, you can easily find a seat, although you might need to switch lines depending on your destination. From the airport, the trip takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes by metro, or just 30 minutes by taxi. If you're planning a visit to Disneyland, this hotel is a great choice, as it provides easy access to the metro for a straightforward journey. Lastly, the reception staff were polite and very helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.

Little facilities, no evening food. Room was pleasant, being a corner room. Not user friendly. Parking was good, but well away from hotel. It was underground with no lift to the hotel. Every was painted black with poor lighting.

This is my second time at this hotel and on this occasion the AC wasn't working but we were not told until the next day after having an extremely hot first night. We were then provided with a fan that was better but as a result of having to open the windows to get air, we were bitten by mosquitoes.

I want to express my appreciation for the reception staff at front entrance--particularly for Karren who is the chief of reception-----she went well beyond my husband and my expectations in greatly assisting a retrieval of a bag I accidentally left on the Metro (the bag had my camera and other personal items in it)---she spoke clearly in English and was able to give the information needed to help us get the bag--which was miraculously found. She is was kind supportive and truly helpful --during this crisis and throughout our stay. Also, Emille a student intern working at reception---really tried to help us as well--with a computer at the hotel. Our room and bed were very clean and wonderful and the atmosphere in the hotel very classy. It was a great value for the money--and the Metro was very conveniently located---an easy ride into the center of Paris. We would recommend this property to friends and family .

The hotel is located very close to a metro station making commuting into Paris very easy! The lobby and bar area are really cool. And the courtyard looks stunnning. The room was small but offered just enough space for two people to be comfortable.

We had a great time staying here and it was super easy to find. It was not as closed to the center of Paris as we thought, but with the metro station so close to the hotel it was very easy to move around. The staff was polite and friendly and helped us find what we needed. The place is amazing!
