A real hidden gem!

This B&B was just amazing and we will definitely use/recommend it! The owner, Karine, is very friendly, helpful & full of energy and we so much enjoyed her and her zest for life! Breakfast is basic, but it was good and filled the necessary spot to kick-start the day! Thank you Karine for that personal touch each morning! Everything was just spotless... from our room to the shared bathroom! We loved the decoration of our room - was so peaceful and the bed/bedding perfect! The B&B is in a very quiet area (with a cemetery as neighbour!) and within easy reach of the public transport (direct #13 trainline to use to get into Paris only 5-8min walk away) Also a small supermarket just around the corner if anything needed It's also surrounded with little pubs/cafés/restaurants.

Lovely host who was really helpful and provided great breakfast every day at time requested. Everything felt extremely flexible and location was close to metro without being too busy like central Paris.

No AC in room could get bad during heatwaves. (Fan was provided). Didn't prove to be problem for us though. Shared bathroom and toilet can be dealbreaker for some, but again, was only minor inconvenience for us and mostly shower was available whenever needed (due to small number of rooms)

A nightmare experience – I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We booked this property for one night with my family, but we were completely ripped off. The website promises parking, but in reality we wasted an hour looking for a spot on the street. We were misdirected to another address and had to knock on a stranger’s door in the middle of the night. In the end, we discovered that someone else was in the house – unannounced and unacceptable, especially when traveling with minors. The kids got scared, we couldn’t stay any longer and had to leave at night for home, 600 km. This accommodation is dangerous and deceptive. Avoid it at all costs!

Perfect for a group of 2

In a quiet part of town which allowed us to get some great sleep. It's also only 5 minutes from a metro, which was really convenient for us. As was the grocery store a minute away, which was reasonably priced.

The best home stay in Paris

I had the pleasure of booking Madame Karine's place for my guests, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. Madame Karine was incredibly patient and kind, allowing us to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out. The room was immaculately clean, and her home is situated in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend booking with Madame Karine for a wonderful stay. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed!

Everything was wonderful.

Great price for the options. It is easy to get to there by train, but also is a parking for the car; Have exact coordinates from the owner of the house, delicious and French-style breakfast. We were lucky because - were only two of us in the hostel.

I would have liked a faster check-in time. But it wasn't so bad, because have option the hostess also to leave the luggage before "chek in".
