It’s hard to communicate with the hotels if you didn’t have a France phone number. They didn’t response any online message. Location is good if you are ok with public transportation to Paris Centre.

Good value for money. However, checking in was nightmare. We reached hotel at 8pm. Naf it seems hotel reception desk closes at 7pm. But this was not communicated via email. Later I found a link in fine print on the hotel ad. I won't expect people to figure it out. We couldn't check in for 2 hours. Hotel.com representatives couldn't help either as they couldn't reach owner. There were two other families in the similar mess.

For the budget I had, this place was perfect—clean, safe, and surprisingly beautiful. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. There’s a grocery store right below the building, which made things super convenient, and it’s located right next to a bus stop that connects to the subway, making it easy to get around the city. I really appreciated the apartment-style setup. For what it is, I’d give it a solid 5/5.

The management is very poor, Neither anyone was present on reception nor any one picks the call for late arrivals to provide the keys of hotel room.I had to stay outside entire night in cold with no space for sleeping

This was a great stay. There is a bus stop 1minute away that takes you direct to La Défense (12 minutes) which is a gateway transport system to Paris. The place is great the staff are wonderful. This was a lively stay.

Overall for the price this is a good value for money. Only difficulty I had was contacting on late arrival and explaining about which property we were at. They should be able to find which property based my booking reference.

Large apartment.

I arrived at the property around 7:30 pm to check in. Unlike what was reported by the establishment, the reception phone did not work (the reception was closed) and luckily I found a resident who had a contact number, where I called and managed to speak with someone. When speaking, I explained the situation and I was waiting on the phone for about 10 minutes to give me some information. They hung up on me, I called back 5 or 6 times and no one answered. Then I called the same number from another phone and they answered promptly, soon the person on the other end of the phone already knew who he was talking to and again began to take a long time to answer. I was with my family and child waiting for more than 1 hour in total and after I said that I would call the police if I didn't solve the problem, they gave me the code to access my key. SHAME and completely disrespectful the whole service of this hotel. They didn't clean my room even one day. On the last day the hot water just didn't work. The complete disaster. and it wasn't cheap! Finally, as it is a hotel, tourist environment, communication in English must be essential and the level of English of the staff was simply terrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We arrived at 6:00 pm on a Saturday and didn’t know the reception would close at 6pm as no one told us and we were never told about this,luckyly we caught up the receptionist leaving and he just bluntly handed us our keys and went away telling us to proper check in the morning,the hotel is dirty corridors stink of smoke carpets are dirty,the room was dirty and outdated and missing amenities like a kettle and no towels at all,we requested a kettle but never got one,beds are really bad and sunk in the middle at least in our room,I wouldn’t stay there again,dirty not comfortable staff wasn’t helpful at all.

Offered to arrange another hotel but we had enough of the discussions and arranged ourselves in three smaller rooms, though we had booked the large apartment with 2 beds. The young receptionist was very polite, but had no authority to do something, and we were charged full rate regardless that we downsized. Moved then the second night into a larger space as booked. Room on the surface clean in terms of bedlinen, towels etc. , however not sure what was all the dirty spots on wall, sofa and under sofa. Bed slats were broken and we advised reception but nothing happened. Not sure how you should use the kitchen, when there isn't even a tea towel. We had a front facing room and traffic noise only steps in-between 1 am and 5am, and given the summer weather you need to have the window open. There is no aircon and we decided to leave early as it was not what we expected. Did not even get the Paris city tax back that we had paid.

Hotel was 35 minute bus ride to Paris. Bus was usually crowded. Toilet seat was broken when we arrived and it took them one day to replace it. Each surburb of Paris has its own city center. If you want to be in Paris then make sure that you stay in Paris and not a surburb.

They don't provide dish soap, detergent, extra trash bag, sponge, or extra toilet paper. They clean the room, change the towels and add two toilet papers only once a week. You basically need to buy everything, and that is what they tell you if you ask for any of these. I asked for a few things and gave them a list such as dish soap and sponge, but they did not even bother to replace them. However, the bed was very comfortable!
