Perfect place to stay for our needs , visiting the Foundation Louis Vuitton. Helpful and kind staff.

Parisian elegance.

It was a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with the metro just two blocks away. Right across the street is a lovely pub, and a little further on, a restaurant with delivery service on the left. The people there are delightful. The hotel staff is very attentive and professional. We will definitely return. We love Paris.

Except the taxi, everything is good.

The location is good and is near the metro. The front desk is kind and helpful.

The front desk helped me book a taxi to the airport. The price I've been told is around 35 euro. However, the driver charged me 75 euro when we arrived the airport! This is insant! I am very upset about this. Be careful about the taxi!

Great stay as usually!

When traveling on business to Neuilly-sur-Seine, I always stay at the Charlemagne Hotel and can highly recommend it. This time, I got a room with windows facing the interior of the building, which was exceptionally quiet.

The rooms with windows facing the bar outside can be quite noisy, so be sure to bring earplugs just in case. I would suggest that the breakfast selection follow trends and offer more healthy options.

Easy to reach, connected to a good metro line that will basically get you everywhere. The staff were super friendly. I only stayed one night so it was perfect.

For a longer stay the room might feel a little cramped.

Excellent location, helpful staff and an enjoyable stay

Very welcoming, helpful staff who ensured our bikes were safely stored inside. Very comfortable bed, the cold buffet was delicious- especially the cheeses. The coffee was not fron a machine and all the more appreciated. Idéal location for the Fondation Louis Vuitton. This hôtel was booked because we were visiting the Hockney exhibition. Loved the restaurant on the door step

More plug sockets or an extension charging point in the bedroom would have been ideal

A pleasant surprise!

Spotlessly clean, great shower and a comfortable bed (I'd say medium - not too hard nor too soft). Best part was the reception staff for whom nothing was too much triuble. Nespresso machine in the room was an unexpected bonus! Would definitely return. There are two very Parisian bistros practically next door and it's about a 6-7 min walk to the Metro. Very close supermarket too.

The bathroom is run down, the staff does not understand the concept of the towels. No change needed, when not put in the shower. 2 coffee capsules for 2 people but lots of cream.

Location easy to drive to with underground public car park a few minutes away. Metro very close by. Choice of bars and restaurants close by. Calm and pretty streets, near to Louis Vuitton park and foundation. Good value price. Clean and well maintained. Room a reasonable size with large double bed.

We booked the smallest room size available for 1 night. The en-suite bathroom was small with the toilet very close to the wall. However, it was fine, no problem for a short stay.

AWFUL. WOULD NEVER GO BACKTO THE PLACE

LOCATION WAS GREAT BREAKFAST WAS PATHETIC STAFF WERE RUDE ROOM WAS SO BAD I HAD TO PAY FOR AN UPGRADE

STAFF. RUDE AND EACH ONE TOLD ME A DIFFERENT STORY A BOUT THE PRICE. THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME PAY TWICE THE RATE OF BOOKING ON LINE. SO I BOOKED ON LINE WHILE STANDING IN THEIR RECEPTION AND THEN THEY TOLD ME IT MUST HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE. THEY MADE ME WAIT 15MINUTES BEFORE THEN PRETENDING IT HAD JUST BEEN A CANCELLATION AND BOOKING.COM GOT THE INFORMATION BEFORE THEM. THEY WERE NO DOUBT ANGRY I HAD BOOKED ON LINE AT THE CHEAPER RATE. ROOM WAS SO AWFUL AND NOISY I PAID FOR A BIGGER ONE ON A DIFFERENT FLOOR. IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN CONVERTED FROM AN OFFICE NEXT TO RECEPTION. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REFUND THE FIRST ONE BUT THEN THEY REFUSED EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT USE THE FIRST ONE AT ALL AND ONLY STAYED THERE AT ALL TO SEE IF THE NOISE WOULD DIE DOWN. I HEARD OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR ROOMS AND THEIR ATTITUDE WAS THE SAME TO THE OTHER GUESTS. THEY ACTUALLY SAID TO ME 'IF YOU DON'TLIKE IT GO AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.' I DON'T BLAME THE STAFF THEMSELVES; YOU COULD TELL THIS WAS COMPANY POLICY DICTATED BY THE MANAGEMENT TO GET AS HIGH A PRICE AS POSSBLE FOR EACH ROOM. IT'S A SHAME BECAUSE THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT BUT I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO A PLACE WHOSE ONLY MOTIVATION IS TO EXTRACT AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE FOR AS LITTLE IN RETURN. MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE FOR MANY YEARS IN PARIS.

A really nice stay , very friendly staff and comfy beds . Close to Porte Maillot and a metro station

The lady serving the breakfast , cleaning and helping me with the coffee machine was really friendly and always smiling . The receptionist was very friendly too and helped me with recommendations for local sights , metro and came to check I knew how to use the coffee machine too . I was allocated the Suite as a bonus which was fantastic .

A kettle in the room alongside the coffee machine would be great .

Stay was a bit disappointing.

Location is great, which is close to the metro station, supermarket, and restuarrents. Pictures on the website are mostly accurate and recent. However, you cannot tell how small it is until you are there. I think the photos were taken by professionals where they show that the room and the bathoom are spacious, but in fact they are not. I felt safe. People are friendly. Price was reasonable comparing with the other hotels around in the month of Aug.

Bathroom is very small. I may even call it tiny. I dont think it is not even suitable for kids. I could not even get into and get out of the shower comfortably. I also, could not bend and reach my feet to wash it while taking a shower. The housekeeping got into the room even if the "Do not disturb" sign was on the door (while I was away). Also, when I put the sign "Please make up my room", and told the receptionist to send the housekeeing, they didnt, which was weird. When I asked why! they said we thought you might be in the room, and we dont make up rooms while the guest is there. I said, the receptionist saw me leaving the hotel, they said, we will send one now after you leave. I felt like "the receptionist is always right" eveything I report, there is always a reason. Mistakes never happen. The room I booked was on the first floor. It is very close to a bar. It is noisy. It feels like customers of the bar are in the room with me when I open the window. The internet connection "WiFi" was slow, and there was a lot of disconnections.

Very nice stay in nice hotel well situated

Very good place. Close to restaurants, shops and public transport. Close to the main atractions. Good soundproof from the outside so nights was peaceful. Very nice people in the hotel (caring and helpful) Bed was comfortable. We had enought space in the room.

Maybe bathroom was a little too small (shower was ok but the part with sink was tight). It would be great to have two chairs in the double bed room (we had only one so one person need to sit on the bed).

Superb

Good location, quite far from crowds, and enough close from all attractions. Many options to get to the centrum, taxi, metro, bicycles. 500m from hotel big green park , which was big plus cause we were traveling with dog.

Hotel was during renovation, so a bit noisy. Our room was after renovation,but in bathroom and cv was still not good smell of damp, I am allergic to moisture and fungus so it wasn't good choice. Breakfast were not good, little choice in food, small dining room, tables close to each other, toilet behind one, stairs next to the other. I had breakfast in room prices, but if I would have to pay for that, it would be big mistake. I hope that management will fix some stuffs , then hotel can be really good and nice.

Room is ridiculously small. There is also no soundproofing so you hear rooms close by and noise from those arriving in lobby. Also they turn air conditioning off in winter ....but don't tell you that until you complain that controller in room does nothing!.. so had to open window as so hot, but then of course.. lots of noise outside. For the price it's poor.. avoid
