Appartement très bien chauffé et très bien équipé (cuisine, SDB, linge de maison). Situé juste à côté de la promenade du Thiou, idéal pour sortir le chien !

Un appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut ! Un salon avec un grand canapé, une cuisine fonctionnelle, bien équipée et surtout papier toilette, produits ménagers, café, thé... on se sent accueillis. L'emplacement est très bien. Le propriétaire est courtois et répond rapidement aux messages
Impossible de prendre une douche. L'eau reste beaucoup trop chaude.

Aangenaam verblijf op wandelafstand van historische stad.
Een ruim appartement met alle nodige comfort. In een ouder gebouw maar het appartement zelf was gerenoveerd. Gratis parkeren voor de deur . Op 15 minuten wandelen langs de rivier tot in de oude stad.
Voor 6 personen is 1 badkamer en 1 toilet net iets te weinig. Gelukkig waren we maar met z'n vieren.

Comfortabel.
Het ontvangst en de communicatie waren prima. De grootte van het appartement. De buren waren aardig. Het appartement heeft genoeg voorzieningen, zoals een wasmachine en vaatwasser.
Een slaapkamer stonk zo erg naar sigarettenrook dat de kleding na afloop allemaal gewassen moest worden. Er moest met het raam open geslapen worden. De prijs-kwaliteit is niet in verhouding.

La propreté est très importante et là c’était un peu trop pour moi je n’étais pas vraiment à l’aise mais mes amis ont qu
L’hôte était sympathique et accueillant, le logement était plutôt bien équipé et confortable.
C’était malheureusement pas assez propre à notre goût, principalement la cuisine. Nous avons dû nettoyer le frigo, l’évier, micro-onde et les couverts. Certains ustensiles, couvert et équipements n’ont pas été utilisés car ils avaient trop de saleté encrassé (grands plateaux en fer, cuillère en bois) même la machine à laver avait des traces noires dans le bac à savon… Bref ce n’était pas agréable d’y tout au niveau de la propreté.

Super séjour à Annecy
Appartement très bien situé pour le festival d'Annecy ! Très propre, hôte très sympa et compréhensive. Nous avons pu faire le check in un peu plus tot, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangés. La cuisine est toute équipée et propre. Nous reviendrons je l'espère !
