Awesome place. Very relaxing to hang out. 20-30 walk to downtown.

There was a problem described to me that the video communication with the host did not work. Fortunately another resident was leaving and opened building door. Once inside we were able to use the box code to retrieve the actual keys

Some of the sliding glass doors were immovable or got stuck in the open position

Fabulous apartment in a secure area

The apartment was fabulous, it was very comfortable and clean. Good location, about 20 minutes walk into town. Secure parking.

Would have benefitted from air conditioning, but it was a particularly hot week in Annecy.

Disappointing

It was clean and well designed

It was unbearably hot and humid and even in the evenings the windows could not be left open due to the noisy dual carriageway nearby. It would work better as a winter rental.

One of the best home stays I’ve stayed in.

It has all amenities one could need. The apartment has lots of light. It is also walking distance from Grand Frais and Aldi super markets.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un logement magnifique, nous avons adoré !

Le logement était très spacieux, superbement décoré et d’une propreté impeccable. Il était parfaitement équipé et on s’y sent vraiment très bien. Les petites attentions à l’arrivée étaient très appréciables. Le logement est bien situé et la communication avec la concierge était excellente. Le livret d’accueil est très clair et donne toutes les informations nécessaires. Nous avons plus qu’adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

La serrure peut être un peu difficile à utiliser au début, ce qui peut être stressant, mais une fois qu’on a compris le fonctionnement, tout va bien. La place de parking n’est pas toujours très proche, ce qui rend le déchargement de la voiture un peu moins pratique.

Le confort, l’espace, la literie et les équipements.

Les difficultés avec la serrure de la porte d’entrée apportaient un stress inutile à ce séjour.

L'emplacement et le calme de l'appartement, bien situé avec un parking dans la résidence. La clarté , l'espace et la propreté des lieux. Rien ne manquait

Appartement très confortable et silencieux malgré l'emplacement près d'une route très passante. Literie très confortable. Très facile de se garer et de se rendre dans la vieille ville et au bord du lac à pieds.

Tudo. Esta muito bem equipado para famílias. Aspirador, cadeira de bebé, cadeira de criança, berço, secador. 2 casas de banho. Cozinha com tudo o que precisa para cozinhar

La perle d'Annecy

Très bel appartement d'une propreté irréprochable....à 20 mn à pied de la vieille ville...l'autoroute n'est pas loin ...ce qui permet de partir rapidement pour les visites aux alentours d'Annecy. L'équipement est conforme à la description . Lave-linge et sèche-linge très appréciés ... merciiii à l'équipe de nettoyage..au top !

Un peu embêtant de trouver une place de parking disponible car au début c'est assez confus de savoir ce qui est prévu ou non..mais après 1 ou 2 jours on trouve ses repères. Petit problème d'écoulement du lavabo ds la petite salle d'eau malgré le produit mis à disposition....faudrait voir au niveau du siphon Malgré tout, dans l'ensemble plutôt satisfaisant.

Parfait !!

Résidence agréable et sécurisée. Parking facile. Proche du lac et la vieille ville. Vaste appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Très belle déco. A recommander.

Manque peut-être un ou deux fauteuils détente dans le salon.
