Issue with how apartment is listed in Booking.com.

Very clean and comfortable.

There was one highly annoying thing. This apartment is advertised as having air conditioning (it can be hot in Annecy in summer and early autumn); however it turned out there was none. Even worse, the host told us that all we needed to do was to "find the air conditioning unit in the apartment and switch it on"! Obviously he knew that it did not exist and when asked in which room it was located, he stopped communicating with us. Hence this needs to be corrected in the Booking.com listing for this apartment. If the host had not been so dishonest it would have been a very nice experience staying in this apartment. The other thing that was slightly frustrating was the check in time (5 pm is late). We did know this in advance.

Adequate apartement for one night

Apartment was clean

Bedrooms were small, no chairs or hooks to hang up clothing. We ran out of toilet paper the first day! Could not get ahold of owner to ask for more. Kitchen very small. Too far away from centre if one does not have a car.

I recently stayed at this fantastic accommodation and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness was impeccable—every corner was spotless, making the stay all the more comfortable. The room itself was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the standout aspects was the owner's (Kévin) generosity in providing all necessary amenities, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Even the small details, like the high-quality soap, added to the overall sense of luxury. A truly excellent stay—I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Nothing to dislike here! if only one inconvenience i had was finding the lock box. it is actually a very small box situated next to the stair. The host did provide the instruction with picture, only that I have no internet access by the time i arrived, thus didn't get the message in time. All in all, it is very pleasant experience!

The apartment was nicely decorated and in a good location (but we had a car to drive to the city center).

It's a small apartment but it suited the 4 of us for one night.

Appt avec parking en résidence et en rez de chaussée . Calme et bien agencé. Literie très confortable.

Un bon séjour assuré

👍 L'emplacement proche du centre ville avec des places de parking devant l'appartement, un arrêt de bus à 150m pour aller visiter la ville sans la voiture. Les Gorges du Fier à 11 km, le petit marché local le dimanche matin à La Balme de Sillingy a 16 km

Je n'arrive pas à enlever cet émoticône négatif ?👍 L'appartement au rez de chaussée, la propreté super propre même sur les ampoules pas de poussières ( je comprends pas que certains avis était négatifs c'était sûrement plus propre que chez eux ) quand nous sommes rentrés dans l'appartement c'était comme chez nous, même les dosettes de café

Appartement tres calme.

Le calme.

Les joints dans la salle de bain. Il faut ventiler le plus possible cet appartement. Une odeur pas tres agreable en arrivant malgré les desodorisants. Les WC sont ridiculement petit.

Annecy fabuleux, l'appartement très bien mais manque d'informations pour déterminer le numéro.

l'appartement était très agréable et plutot bien placé

gros problème à notre arrivée, nous avons récupérer les clés dans le coffre prévu à cet effet mais rien n'indiquait de quel appartement il s'agissait (no même sur les mails et autres). Nous sommes arrivées à une heure tardive et donc personne pour nous répondre. Ceci fait que nous avons baissé la note

ACCUEIL par l’IA. CATASTROPHIQUE . Incapable de nous renseigner. On a attendu 2 heures pour avoir le code d’accès à la boîte à clefs. Alors que la femme de ménage nous avait signalé avoir terminé le ménage 2 heures avant notre arrivée Aucune indication fournie pour savoir où se trouvait la boîte à clefs. En cas d’arrivée de nuit, bon courage pour la trouver. Accueil via l’IA très mauvais dans ce cas précis TOILETTES : local exigu. Heureusement nous sommes minces… mais si vous êtes très grand les genoux butent contre la porte (sans doute un placard aménagé comme toilettes) .

Impossibilité d'accéder au logement

Malheureusement je n'ai pas pu accéder au logement. Minuit devant la porte de l'immeuble et impossible de rentrer. J'ai bien pu récupérer les clés du logement mais les instructions pour ouvrir la pore de l'immeuble ne fonctionne pas. après plusieurs tentatives...avec ma famille nous avons dû repartir en pleine nuit. Booking a sollicité l'établissement plusieurs fois afin qu'il annule la réservation et me rembourse mais refus de réponse de la part de l'établissement ! Malgré envois de video pour preuve du dysfonctionnement aucune prise en considération du problème et du désagrément. Quel manque d'honnêté !

Ein toller Aufenthalt ist dieser unfassbar schönen Stadt!

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und mehr als gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und es war sehr gemütlich. Es gab sogar im Bad ein Glätteisen. Es gibt einen großen Balkon und elektrische Rollos. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus parken. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig. Alles war gut beschrieben und leicht zu finden.
