First visit to Annecy but will stay elsewhere next time.
Small supermarket at the bottom of the street. Brilliant bakery and patissierie across the road. Pizza restaurant around the corner but we didn't have time to try it. Views of the mountains with snow capped peak from the main balcony. Very picturesque. Lift Quiet location. Washing machine and outside clothes airer.
Apartment was a good 10 - 15 minute walk to the town centre. Weeds on the right hand sided patio with only weeds in flower pots. This created a general air of neglect and was unpleasant to look at when sitting in the lounge. Poor housekeeping. Cobwebs above the curtains in our bedroom and large cobwebs on the curtains in the living room. The curtains need a good hoover. Dust all around the wooden storage unit in the dining area. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Very uncomfortable single beds. Both beds had wood on one side and at the bottom of the bed. My husband is 6ft and kept banging his feet on the wood. Only one pillow each. No waste bin in the small shower room. Dust all along the skirting board in the WC and washing machine room.

Great Apartment with Everything You Need – But Beware of the Parking
We had a fantastic stay at Origami in Annecy. The apartment is really well-equipped with everything you could possibly need: a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and even a fondue set. The location is also great—just a 20-minute walk from Annecy’s old town.
there are a couple of downsides. The parking situation is extremely challenging if you have a medium to large car. The underground garage is very tight, and the private garage space is so narrow that it’s almost impossible to park without spending 20-30 minutes maneuvering in and out every time. Also, during the summer months the apartment can get a bit warm since there is no air conditioning.
