The apartment is excellent! Large, very comfortable and in the best location to visit Annecy. The hosts are very nice! Frederic receive us and gave a lot of suggestions of places to eat and visit. We are planning to return to the region next spring, and we will definitely book the apartment again if available.

The property was beautiful, clean, spacious and just perfect for our family of 4. The location was absolutely perfect and allowed us to walk everywhere (although did have easy access to public transport if needed). We cooked some meals in the apartment and ate out at nearby restaurants too. Fantastic- couldn’t fault! Thank you

We really enjoyed staying at this bright and spacious apartment in the old town of Annecy! It exceeded our expectations. It's very clean, cosy and modern with everything you need. The hosts are lovely and we're happy to give us some (really nice) recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

Spacious accommodation, excellent location, responsive hosts

Ideally located in the old town, within walking distance of the lake and huge choice of restaurants, cafe's and bars. The hosts provided recommendations and gave us a map which was helpful. The apartment is spacious with everything you need.

Towels could be bigger. The smaller double room has no access to a light switch once in the raised bed, so take care in the dark

The property is in a fabulous location just near to the bus/train station, near to the old town and the lake. The facilities are fabulous and it was very comfortable !

Modern, Meticulous, and Memorable!

Very spacious, modern 2 bedroom plus a kids bedroom. It is down the street from Old Town with a great new restaurant only steps from the front door.

There are a lot of stairs, which made it challenging for the older travelers I was with.

Logement spacieux, lumineux, propre, bien équipé et joliment décoré. Grâce à sa situation en plein centre, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Nombreux restaurants à proximité, une boulangerie à quelques pas, le marché au pied de l'immeuble. Cerise sur le gâteau : des hôtes charmants, disponibles et de bon conseil.
