Mesmerizing city

Very good location in Annecy. Restaurants, supermarkets, and bakery nearby on walking distance. At 30-40min distance of ski resorts.

The location and A/C made this apartment great but it needs some maintenance/updating.

We loved the location. So many things were an easy walk away. Having the A/C was great during the August heat. Having the restaurants down below the rear balcony was very convenient. Having the small washing/drying machine on site was helpful during our trip.

The sloped roof where the main bedroom was, plus it does not have a door. The apartment says it has smoke detectors; it did not. There was one detector we found and the battery inside was almost dead. It just gave the chirp sound to change the battery. The small third bedroom does not have A/C so it was so hot for anyone to sleep in. The upstairs A/C needs some general maintenance, it was leaking water during our stay and required us to use a pot to catch and dump water out. The bathroom fan didn’t work. You can hear the electricity going to the fan but the blades don’t spin. If you don’t do well with stairs then this is not the place for you. Several flights just to reach the front door plus it’s three stories inside.

An amazing place to stay

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location. It was equipped with everything we needed. Absolutely recommend.

One improvement I could suggest is to have more blankets. We arrived in winter and were a little cold.

Tired, dirty apartment. Poor value for money

Excellent location near the lake. Spacious apartment.

For the amount we paid, we were very disappointed. The apartment needs an overhaul. Several fixtures and fittings didn’t work, nor did the microwave. The kitchen in particular is pretty dilapidated with cupboard doors which no longer shut. I didn’t want to cook there. The sofa is old and uncomfortable. Although the apartment had been cleaned beforehand, it needs a thorough deep clean. For example, the bin lid was stained and dirty, the freezer has remnants of previous food items and really needs defrosting, the microwave is filthy (which didn’t matter as it didn’t work anyway), there are dirty marks on walls and light fittings, dust at the bottom of wardrobes. I think a filter may have been used in the property photographs as it is much darker in reality.

Appartement bien situé mais très décevant

L’appartement situé en cœur de ville. Facilité de déplacement pour visiter la ville, mais pas de stationnement pour décharger la voiture et accès difficile en voiture.

Photos du lieu embellies, appartement peut lumineux, vue sur cour intérieure et sur un local poubelles d’un restaurant. Salle de bain exiguë. Équipement vaisselle sommaire et insuffisants ( 3 cuillères à café, 3 verres de cuisine…) chaises bruyantes pas de patins amortisseurs, literie confortable mais aucune protection ( alaises et housses d’oreillers), canapé usager et sale. Appartement globalement décevant.

Good location

ใจกลางเมืองของจริง ใกล้สถานีรถไฟมากๆ ออกจากสถานีเดินเลี้ยวซ้ายตรงมาเรื่อยๆ 4-5นาทีก็ถึงแล้วค่ะ ปากซอยมีร้านขายยา ซอยนี้เดินตรงไปได้เรื่อยๆมีร้านขายเสื้อผ้าให้ชอปปิ้งกันได้ ไม่ไกลห้างในเมือง Annecy ด้วยนะคะ เดินไป lake ก็ไม่ไกลค่ะ มีห้องนอน 3 ห้องนอน ห้องน้ำที่อาบน้ำได้มีแค่ 1ห้องเล็กๆตรงชั้นลอยนะคะ อีกห้องทางเข้าสำหรับถ่ายหนักเบาเฉยๆค่ะ สำหรับการมาหลายคน ห้องน้ำห้องเดียวอาจจะไม่สะดวก แต่แค่คืนเดียวก็พอถูไถค่ะ หากเดินทางมาถึงก่อนเวลาเช็คอิน (เค้าให้เช็คได้ 4โมงเย็น) ก็ให้เอากระเป๋าไปฝากไว้ที่ Agency เค้าได้นะคะ เดินเลยซอยที่พักไปอีกอยู่ตรง 37 Rue Sommeiller ค่ะ

อพาร์ทเมนท์อยู่ชั้น2 ไม่มีลิฟท์ ทางเดินเข้าเป็นตึกเก่า ทางเดินแคบ บรรไดวนเป็นหิน เดินได้ทีละคน หากกระเป๋าใหญ่บอกเลยว่าเหนื่อยมากค่ะ (ทางนี้กระเป๋าใหญ่มาก เพราะต้องเดินทางต่อไปเมืองอื่นไม่วนกลับมาแล้ว แบกกันแทบเป็นลม) รับกุญแจคนละที่กับที่พักนะคะ อ่านที่เค้าส่งมาให้ดีๆ กรณีกระเป๋าเยอะ แนะนำให้มีคนนึงเปิด google map ไปเอากุญแจก่อนนะคะ
