Centralt, rent og pænt. Godt køkken.
Der var kun aircondition på øverste etage, derfor var nederste etage (og soveværelse) meget varmt. Det ville vi godt have vidst inden bestilling. Vi havde bestilt til 5 personer, men det er uklart, hvor den sidste person skulle sove.

The location was perfect, and the neighbourhood was the "old town" of Annecy—a warm apartment with all facilities.
It was not facing the street, which was a good thing, but instead it was located inside the courtyard. The corridor inside the courtyard was narrow, and the steps to the first floor were too old. I was hoping every time that they would not crack on my steps.

Emplacement idéal. Appartement spacieux pour 4. Conseils des hôtes dans livret (restaurant, reduction sur location vélo) trés appréciés

El apartamento es muy lindo y moderno , la ubicación es excelente a un paso de todo andando , el coche lo aparcamos a unos 300-400 mtrs en un parquing ya que es zona peatonal y no se puede aparcar cerca, hay que subir escaleras estrechas pero lo sabíamos ya que esta en el casco antiguo , el sofá cama del salón es muy cómodo
Que no tuviese lavadora ( fallo mío porque no estaba en la descripción ) Que nos quedamos sin agua caliente para ducharnos los 5 ( saltó la electricidad y se apagó , tuvimos que investigar para conectarlo y tardo mucho en calentar)
