Great location and parking close by

The decor was old and the glass door for toilet room off the living room meant someone had to leave the room each time. It would be good to leave instructions in rubbish removal as we had to wonder the street trying to find somewhere.

Rien tout était parfait

Emplacement idéal. Bien équipé pour un court séjour. Lave vaisselle avec produit de lavage. Capsules de café. Bonne literie et SDB. 2 TV.

Quelques ampoules étaient grillées. Porte de toilettes translucide.

Convenient location

Booking.com website referred to "on-site parking" which did not exist. We spent two hours sorting out temporary and long stay parking and couldn't even park outside the property to drop off our bags. We were given a phone number to call the absentee hosts but nobody answered despite several attempts. Our first day in Annecy was stressful and unpleasant as a result of an inaccurate and misleading description. The hosts responded very quickly to our complaints via booking.com after the event and in all we communicated with three different representatives of what presumably is the company that owns the flat. Each gave a different response ranging from "its quite clear on the site that there is no parking" to "we were too busy to answer the telephone".
