Emplacement idéal Taille du logement parfaite pour une petite semaine à 2 personnes. Environnement bruyant mais appartement calme. Traversant. Double vitrage efficace. (Bonne orientation de l’appartement pour l’été). Salle de bain et draps propres. Wifi très fonctionnel.
L’aspirateur n’avait clairement pas été passé avant notre arrivée. Beaucoup de poussière partout! Ustensiles assez médiocres (bouilloire fuyarde, pas de support dans la salle de bain pour les accessoires, aucun rangement pour les valises/ affaires…) Instructions d’arrivée pas claires (pas reçues par mail, pas disponibles sur le site booking.com…). Pas d’accès au local poubelle (pas pratique…)

The location is excellent, in the heart of Annecy le vieux. Not far from the lake and all the shops and restaurants. Bed is comfortable and bathroom has good water pressure. Washing machine is a plus. The drying rack is a lifesaver. Kitchen well equipped.
No washing machine powder/liquid was available. Otherwise, nothing negative.

Bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville et profiter du Lac, à la périphérie du centre historique d'Annecy, dans une rue piétonne. Explications claires pour l'arrivée et le départ. Très proche d'un parking. Appartement typique du vieil Annecy, charmant et bien agencé.
La porte d'entrée de l'appartement qui ne s'ouvre que très partiellement. Difficile d'entrer avec un sac à dos ! Sinon 3° étage sans ascenseur, rue piétonne très bruyante soir bars et restos, matin personnel de nettoiement, difficile de se protéger de la chaleur, mobilier peu confortable.
