Great location and beautiful well kept apartment. They responded quickly to my text snd were very helpful

The apartment didn’t have pot holder or oven mitt so getting hot dishes out of the oven was tricky with only one kitchen towel

I was going to give an excellent review, however I just give a good review because I must say I was disappointed about the entrance corridor to the appartment. It was very hard to see how it was the status of the corridor to reach the appartment once you arrive, I didn't know about it and honestly that is not the appartment but there are no views once you are in because this is an interior appartment and the interior views and corridor entrance are really bad. In the other hand the appartment was quite good as stated before and location is fantastic, but I think people should be aware of this.

The location of the apartment was great,very central yet quiet.Comfortable beds

Quite a lot.Very stuffy and dark-the plug for the fan in the living area was damaged and did not fit in the socket so it was uncomfortably hot.The shower flooded the floor every time it was used.There was no wifi,which according to previous guests has been an issue since early July.A cup in the kitchen was cracked and leaked hot water on me,we were only provided with 2 toilet rolls for 3 people for 7 days. The views were non existent and dirty,no light can get in to apartment.When the issues were raised, I was ignored.It was disappointing as I have used this provider several times in the last few years and was always happy with them but it seems standards are slipping and I cannot recommend.
