Perfecte locatie midden in het oude stadscentrum. Ook de parkeergelegenheid is dichtbij wat helpt bij het sjouwen met koffers. Binnen een paar minuten lopen ben je bij het meer van Annecy en je hebt legio aan lekkere eettentjes in de buurt!

les meubles devant le lit, qu'ils soient tous les trois différents et en mauvais états, autant ne rien mettre, ça fait brocante cheap. Laissez les serviettes dans la salle de bain, j'ai mis du temps à les trouver en haut sur le lit lol

I travel monthly and stay in many holiday lets at the price range of 100-150 per night range over the years. In comparison to other properties available in the market: the host is agency and you get the standard service yes, but no extra personal touch and extra miles that many other independent owners offer. They give me no reason to complain and at the same time no reasons to smile either. There are many features of this apartment that make it unsuitable for elderly travelers and anyone with mobility issues. 1) there is a narrow and steep stairs to the apartment suite. Guests with large suitcase would have trouble with it. 2) the bedroom is accessed via a ladder. Many seniors who need to go to bathroom during the night would struggle with it. My husband and I are none of the above, but we still find the bathroom difficult to use. The bathtub with shower head is installed under a low and sloped ceiling. the water guard is very small. I am only 5 ft 3 inches and I had to sit down inside the tub to shower. Due to this I would not recommend anyone who are planning a long term stay.
