In the middle of a quiet area in the Golden Triangle and 10 minutes walk from the lake.
Large 3 room apartment fully equipped located in a new and secure residence with lift and terrace.
Brand new and spacious, the apartment consists of a living room, an open kitchen and 2 bedrooms.
The terrace allows you to take your meals and the residence is in a park with benches.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The WC is separate.

This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent would have been helpful. The check in and welcome was easy, informative, and very cordial.
