The photos do not make justice to how spectacular the view is from the balcony. Make sure you learn on time how to operate the shade that extends over the balcony since the sun really shines in Annecy. Every sunrise was beautiful.
The elevator is tiny and not convenient if you have luggage. This is understandable for a building from the period.

Appartement très bien équipé et très confortable. Accueil agréable avec une bouteille de vin offerte. Très jolie vue mais largement gâché par le bruit de la circulation à toute heure de la journée.
Extrêmement bruyant même fenêtres fermées à cause de la circulation. Et bruyant des deux côtés : côté vue sur le lac et côté chambres. Arrivée très moche par un parking. Très cher par rapport à ce gros défaut.
