Adequate accommodation in a fantastic location

Very. Central location.

You have to find the locker shop to obtain keys. The beds were only half made. Thick dust in the toilet. Lift to the apartment bey temperamental. Lock on the toilet broke with my son stuck inside for two hours. No front on the dishwasher and poor everyday glasses.

A very nice, clean, well-appointed apartment which was walking distance to everything.

The apartment was well presented, clean and so close to the historical city centre.

There was some misunderstanding in our translation in the bathrooms provided. There were three us of travelling, one single and a couple, so we always like to have two bathrooms. The apartment description said two bathrooms, but the toilet was described as a separate bathroom as it was in a separate room. So maybe just a clearer description of what is in each bathroom. Please note this did not detract from the apartment as we enjoyed our stay.

Location, close to everything

Cold inside, no heating, after looong negotiation we've got small electrical radiator for the second night. just one wc and one shower, not 2 bathrooms as appears in description....

Great apartment in a great location - only complaint is the lack of working fans.

Great location close to the old town, but in a calmer area away from the tourists. Lovely apartment, well equipped, lots of space for 4 of us, comfortable beds.

There's no air conditioning and the apartment only had 2 fans which did not work properly. It was really hot and quite uncomfortable in the apartment even with the windows open. Definitely affected our sleep. It's a great apartment and this problem would be solved with the provision of 3 good quality, strong fans. I contacted the owner the 2nd day to let him know but he said there was nothing he could do.

Nice, but cleaning needs improvement

Really well equipped, great location, comfortable bed and couch. Looks just like the pictures and has lots of storage space.

Check-in experience was confusing, the keys were not where they told us they should be, so we had to call to arrange the pick up. Seems the previous guests misplaced the keys. Maybe due to that, cleaning was not great and, even though we asked for a crib, it was not in the apartment. There were empty shower gel packages left in the shower, a hairbrush under the couch, quite a lot of dust in the center table...

Very enjoyable stay, lovely appartment and well located.

Very clean, modern, well equipped and great location

Would have liked air conditioning as very hot weather when we visited. Too hot to open windows in the day and at night, street noise too loud. Also some instructions about how things worked/which bins are for what rubbish and what to do with our rubbish at the end of our stay. None of this spoilt our stay though.

Annecy war toll - aber sehr touristisch - viele Eisdielen - es macht alles relativ früh zu

Die Lage war sehr gut! Die Ausstattung war prima - ein netter kleiner Balkon im 6. OG

Ganz übel war die Schlüsselübergabe. Wir mussten den Schlüssel in einem Locker Room abholen und er Locker Room lag auch noch in der Fussgängerzone...also musste man erst das Auto "versorgen" und der QR Code hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten den Code gefühlt mind. 30x eingeben, weil wir keine andere Möglichkeit hatten. Es war dann schon 19/20 Uhr und es war niemand mehr telefonisch zu erreichen - man konnte niemand fragen. Das hat uns bestimmt 2 Stunden gekostet und haben dann unsere schöne Reservierung für ein Restaurant verpasst. Das war sehr sehr ärgerlich!!!!

Appartement parfait très bien situé au 6eme étage qui serait bien de preciser dans le descriptif En revanche pas évident de trouver la boite à clef lors de l arrivée De plus lors de la réservation booking précise que l établissement accepte les chiens et quand on arrive le règlement intérieur refuse les Chiens Heureusement que nous avions pu faire garder nos chiens pour ce voyage

Séjour très agréable, tout était réuni pour profiter au maximum de notre réveillon du 31 décembre.

La situation de l'appartement, proche de la vieille ville et du lac, très calme. Le confort de la literie et l'équipement complet de la cuisine. La proximité du parking de la poste avec possibilité de prendre un forfait qui nous a évité de déplacer la voiture pendant le séjour.

il faudrait par contre indiquer que la cafetière est à dosettes (et la marque), car un 1er janvier, aucun magasin ouvert pour en acheter. Mais nous nous sommes débrouillés avec les dosettes. Il faudrait aussi indiquer que la porte s'ouvre avec un badge magnétique car nous pensions que c'était un porte clé, et nous cherchions à ouvrir la 2ème porte avec une clé. Mais il est vrai que nous habitons la campagne et que nous n'utilisons pas de digicode et autre badge divers. Nous avons donc eu 1 moment de stress devant la porte, mais nous en avons beaucoup rit après coup..... Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un arrêt minute devant l'appartement, juste pour décharger les bagages.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement impeccable, très belle décoration, très bien, chauffé, emplacement idéal, mérite un 10/10 pour l’ensemble de la prestation

Il faut que la présentation sur la site soit plus précise car à la lecture ils annoncent 2 SDB alors qu’il y a 1 SDB et 1 WC ( c’est pas clair) surtout pour 2 couples. Deux jeux de clés aurait été appréciés. La porte du lave-vaisselle est à réparer

Tout était très bien, sauf que, contrairement à notre demande de 2 salles de bain, Il y a seulement une douche et un WC.
