Excellent apartment right in the heart rate of the historic town

The studio apartment is very nicely decorated and plenty spacious for two people. The dressing room is also convenient. The apartment has a great location in the old city part of town. It was a clean and very comfortable place to stay during our visit to Annecy. It was also surprisingly quiet.

There’s not much natural light. We only stayed one night so no problem, but for a longer stay it would feel dark.

Nothing- maybe the headspace upstairs? I’m 1.8m tall and it was fine, but if you’re much taller might be you’ll hit your head a lot

good location on the old part of the city even though with a weird entrance

The entrance of the property is weird with a lack of illumination. The rooms are located in a building with shared areas, including those of other companies, such as restaurants. There is a common area (Kitchen and Restaurant's storage). So, you need to pass through this shared old area without privacy to go to the room.

Parking was is a public car park which was not ideal but car was safe and car park only a 5 minute walk. Additional cost of parking car. No free parking at the apartment. Limited utensils, tea towels, etc in kitchen.

Over priced. Game changing experience.

Interesting and unexpected experience in quite a rough building. The room is small (not more than 200sq ft), the corner storage area behind the curtains is not quite usable. Not sure that should be considered as a studio. Nevertheless, the room is decorated to a high standard. The environment is not what we were expecting. The only openable windows are facing the stairs and no privacy if the curtains are open.

Luxirious stay

We stayed at the room with the Jacuzzi which was really enjoyable. It is a really beautiful, clean, modern apartment with comfortable bedding/furniture and although in the centre of Annecy, once you closed the windows it was super quiet. The host was also very helpful and communicative, always there to answer any questions.

Location could not have been better. Right in the heart of the old town. Our host was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Flat was a joy to be in and considering the location, incredibly quiet.

the pictures are deceiving

the place was clean in the inside only

this is not a hotel; it is an apartment on top of a restaurant. there is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor. the entrance is really old and dirty and full of cooking smell because it is at the back kitchen of the restaurant. the apartment itself ok but going to the bedroom is not safe because of the added stairs to create the second floor and the very low ceiling. you actually have to bend and walk to reach the bed. Also, there is no cleaning services!

The appartament's owner Is a very gentle Person! When we have needed something he has helped us quickly. He has found a chair for us for the new year's Eve. The room Is very cozy and It Is right in the centre of Annecy. It Will be our point of reference if we Will come back in there!

Chambre confortable très bien située dans Annecy

Emplacement dans le vieux Annecy vraiment parfait, on peut tout faire à pieds de la gare au lac en passant par la ville. Le lit et la salle de bain étaient propres et confortables. L’accueil était bien organisé et chaleureux.

Les parties communes de l’immeuble sont assez sales et l’électricité un peu fragile (tout a sauté en faisant du thé).

L’emplacement était fabuleux. Décoration de l’appartement top. Lieux vraiment atypique. Très bien accueilli. Rue en pleine ville. Literie très confortable.

Accès pas très pratique. Odeurs de la cuisine qui se situe au rez-de-chaussée. Mais rien de trop dérangeant. Manque parfois d’eau chaude.

Es wurde nicht dass vorab mit Bildern gepostete Zimmer übergeben. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, da der ganze Innenhof extrem nach Pizza roch und eine größere Klimaanlage ständig sehr lautstark lief. Der Abluftventilator der Toilette ohne Fenster funktionierte nicht. Fluchtwege im Brandfall sind nicht vorhanden.

Le lit, le bain à remou avec des ambiances lumineuses. Possibilité de régler l'intensité lumineuse de la pièce. Le décor et la propreté.

L'accessibilité (pas d'ascenseur et pas de parking), arrivée dans l'arrière d'une pizzeria. Pour le prix, nous attendions un petit en-cas ou une petite bouteille d'eau au minimum ou un petit verre.

Un appartement magnifique !!! Déco top avec tout l'équipement nécessaire dont on à beson..Le jacuzzi est au top...La literie de qualité et le lit est grand...et l'emplacement est vraiment top...On fait tout à pieds...Vraiment excellent
