Les suites sainte claire

We stayed in the single room apartment. Comfortable bed, excellent location, clean apartment. Mini kitchenette had coffee maker & bar fridge nicely concealed behind curtain. Toilet separate to bathroom.

Insufficient toilet paper was provided, but we felt it a small enough issue and bought our own. Annecy appears to be an expensive place to stay compared to the other locations & accommodations in our 7-week Spain/ France/ Italy holiday- this accommodation was expensive for what it is.

Posizione eccellente. Camera spaziosa con aria condizionata; letto ampio e doccia molto comoda. Host molto disponibile nel consigliare locali e ristoranti.

Un po' di insistenza per il pagamento della cauzione.

L'accueil du hôte, sa réactivité, sa gentillesse, le confort de l'appartement ainsi que la propreté.

Le site booking m'ont laissé croire que j'avais réservé une suite avec jacuzzi hors que non le site m'a tout simplement situé vers la seule suite qui restée et bien entendu celle-ci n'était pas équipée de jacuzzi. J'ai été mis devant le fait accompli pas le choix après 1h 30 de route. Par ailleurs je tiens à saluer la compréhension du hôte qui m'a même proposé de me rembourser sans retenir des frais si celle-ci ne me convenait pas. Il a était très honnête. Un Grand MERCI à ce Monsieur.

Excellent location. Clean modern unit. Lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. Comfortable bed. Wonderful attentive and responsive host.

Climate control individualized for rooms. Master control was in our suite which was too warm for sleeping at night, so we switched heat off but then other residents complained it was too cold. 400 year old building - no lift or dumbwaiter for luggage. Our host was kind enough to bring our suitcases up several flight of stairs when we arrived but when we left we had no one to help us - I would never do this again as we are both getting older and dealing with injuries. I did not like the toilet in a separate closet. No fan or sink adjacent.
