"Un Lieu Unique" Le Lodge et le Dolce

The location is in the heart of the old city, directly above a restaurant and right on the river. It’s a very old building, giving it wonderful old-world charm, but the apartment has been renovated with all modern amenities.

Being on top of the restaurant, all the aromas of cooking food rose into the apartment. This can be good or bad, depending on your palate.

No WiFi, no shower cubicle, very small.

The location of this property is second to none. We are a family of 5 and rented the two level 1 apartments. They were well equiped with a kitchenette, coffee machine etc. Room was clean. We loved Annecy and would stay here again.

Location lovely and right in the centre.

I think there were two options maybe and I thought k was walking into a much bigger space… Maybe they manage two places? We walked in and super small. My aupair stayed in the mezzanine top above the kitchen. Well crawled. The bed was nice but unfortunately you could smell the smoke from the restaurant. The music stopped circa 11.30pm. I just felt it was bigger than it was and would advise to maybe have more cutlery and a cutting knife and more space. I would said it would suit maybe a couple who want to come in and out. The dining table is in the bedroom only but to be fair the reviews are excellent so maybe us.
