High quality accommodation with amazing host!

The host was very obliging and helpful. High quality and thoughtful fit out. The location is impeccable.

Hard to find faults. If I must be picky, I’d say add salt and pepper in the kitchen and oven mitts. Otherwise, it’s close to perfect. I’ll stay there again.

Modern Luxury in an ancient village

Excellent location, washer/dryer combo was great, comfortable bed, clean…no complaints. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go…especially the lake! Parking is very close by and convenient. Even though the apartment overlooks a busy part of the old town, we heard very little sound due to the double-paned windows. The owner has gone to great lengths to update and modernize the apartment. We would stay there again.

Good location, nice to have a kitchen.

Very good location in the heart of the city, with a kitchenette and pleasant host. I enjoyed staying in an older building, although there was no view, just an air shaft. It was nice to have a window that opened as I didn't need the AC much of the time, but the air conditioning worked well on the days when needed.

The studio seemed much smaller than pictured; when the bed is open, it is difficult even to walk around it to open a window. It was dark, like a cave. The bed was a bit hard to me although other guests may like the firmness. I would return but perhaps to a different room.

Lovely apartment in a great location! We will definitely go back there

The apartment was great! Large, well-equipped, comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, which is very necessary on such hot days, and in an exceptional location in the center where you can walk everywhere, whether it's in the old town or to the lake. The owner is charming and kind, and everything was very comfortable and beautifully decorated and correct. We will definitely go back there again

This was not our first visit to Annecy. This accommodation was superb in many ways. The position was central and we were worried that the street noise would be a problem but the window soundproofing was amazingly good. The apartment was beautifully appointed and modern ++ in an old character rich building. It was a hot week and the quiet split system air conditioning was a bonus that was much appreciated. The furniture / appliances were all excellent and the internet was fast and reliable. The proprietor did his very best to ensure our stay was comfortable and when we needed to communicate he responded promptly and in a friendly manner.

The only minor observation was that there was limited clothing cupboard space. Otherwise the space was well laid out and we didn't feel cramped.

It was one of the best stays I have had in my 20 years at Annecy!

Mr Rennet could not have been more helpful and available. He was so accommodating and responsive. The apt was so clean and everything was up to date and worked so well. He really made sure to welcome me and even helped arrange for a bicycle.

A fantastic place to stay in a beautiful Town. We will be back.

Everything was very well thought out and the apartment has high quality finishes. It was extremely comfortable and a fantastic location. On market days you literally walk out of the door and you are part of it. There are some stairs but it was easy and maybe in the summer you would get some noise from the surroundings (you are in the heart of Annecy) but for us it was very quiet and relaxing. We stayed in two different apartments. One was smaller and the 2nd was very big with a balcony over the street. Both were lovely.

Only comment would be that it feels slightly regimental upon check-in and when you read the instruction book in the property. Firstly you have to pay a holding deposit prior to getting the keys in case of damage (the first time we have been asked for that during this 2 month trip in France..but ok) and then the possible loss of this deposit is reiterated several times when reading the instruction booklet. (For scratching the work surface with knife, leaving dirty dishes in sink etc…) I understand the apartments are very nice and good quality and there are some idiots out there. It just felt a little over the top and not the normal we have experienced. However, as we had no intention of damaging anything or leaving the place like a bomb, we would not hesitate to return and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and the location.

Location was fantastic. The room is clean and modern with aircon and floor heating in the toilet. Great shower and wonderful host.

It was a very pleasant stay throughout.

1. The host Mr Remmit is very friendly and kind. Upon arrival, he was there to greet us and to help us to carry our heavy luggages through steps of stairs to the property. He made us feel home. 2. He is very responsive to all my messages and rendered his assistances whenever we were in need. 3. He also helped to send my luggages to another hotel which I need to stay for an extra night. This has certainly gave us much assistance. 4. The property is located right at the centre of the town where all the shops and restaurants. It's location is very convenient. It's at its heart of old town in Annecy. 5. The property is well designed with nice furnishings and practical layout.

1. No closet space for hanging jackets. 2. Car transfer is not accessible right to the front of the property. 3. Wifi is not stable enough. 4. No lift to get to the property.

The location is amazing , the room was clean and very nice furniture, but the highlight of this property is the owner , Remmit was great , welcoming and helpful.. I forgot my Ipad at the property and he delivered it to my hotel at Paris next day , he is a very great person and very trustworthy.

unfortunately due to its fantastic location it was very noisy 24 hours a day, so I was unable to sleep.

Superb

Very beautiful appartment, equipped with all comforts. The floor heating was wonderful during this cold weather. The fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, oven and microwave is also a real plus. The owner has a great eye for detail regarding cleanliness and hygiene.

A small suggestion. The departure time at 10am may be a bit early for some.
