Tolle Lage, phantastischer Blick, super schöne Wohnung in altem gepflegten Wohnhaus

Nicht gut gepflegt, Bett minderwertig mit fehlenden Latten im Lattenrost. Balkon sehr schmal und leider verschmutzt ohne jeglichen Sonnenschutz, daher im Sommer kaum zu gebrauchen. Checkin etwas umständlich (Schlüssel musste an einem anderen Ort aus einem Kästchen geholt werden. Hat schon funktioniert, war aber langwierig). Die uns genannte Kontaktperson hat auf unsere Nachfrage nach Geschirrtüchern leider keinerlei Aktivität gezeigt. Das finde ich unerfreulich. Die Müllentsorgung war nicht beschrieben, ich habe die Tüte dann irgendwo entsorgt. Auch nicht angenehm. Man könnte aus dieser tollen Wohnung viel machen. Preis insgesamt zu hoch

The check in process could be smoother, you need to arrange for someone to come meet you in front of the building which is tricky if you’re schedule doesn’t go to plan.

Exceptional apartment ideally situated adjacent to Annecy Town. Very clean, comfortable and secure with as the name suggests amazing views from the wrap around balcony. Apartment is managed by 'Concierge du Lac' and I cannot speak highly enough of how professional they were. Everyone I corresponded with was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and replied almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

I could not fault the apartment. It was perfect for myself and my wife.
