My wife and kids absolutely loved her warm and welcoming approach. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the beauty of Annecy. A special thank you as well to Nawal, who took such great care of the apartment and ensured everything was impeccably clean and well prepared for our arrival.

The apartments were clean and conveniently located, property managements need to be more responsive.

Our family booked two apartments for a total of 16 people, the Presitge and the Exception apartments. The location was excellent, just a short five-minute walk to the old town. The apartments were clean, spacious, and nicely modernized. However, they definitely needed some maintenance.

In the superior apartment, the glass sliding door couldn’t be locked, so we had to use a trash can to keep it closed. The dryer door wouldn’t latch properly, and the safe was broken. In the second apartment, one of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close, and a bathroom doorknob was broken. On our first night, the bathroom door got stuck, and even though we called the apartment manager, maintenance never showed up. The next morning, we happened to find a maintenance worker in the building who was kind enough to unlock it for us. We also ordered breakfast for both apartments for all the days of our stay. We confirmed upon arrival that breakfast would be delivered by 8 a.m., but it never showed up on the first day. The apartment manager was not very responsive to messages or calls, though we did eventually receive a refund—after returning home and providing our bank account number, which felt unusual. When breakfast did arrive on the other days, it was the exact same meal each time, we would have appreciated a bit more variety. I just wish the apartment manager had been more responsive, and that the property addressed these maintenance issues. For the price we paid, I’d expect a bit more attention to detail and service.

It was very spacious, good location, just around the corner from old town. Good beds.

It’s a bit old and a little worn out, like the glasses are all a bit dirty and the doors need fixing, just in general needs so sprucing up.

Great location to visit Annecy - short walk into old town. Apartment was massive and well equipped. Also, very tasteful and modern decor.

Only issue we had was the getting the jacuzzi to work.

Wonderful place

The host was extremely helpful and friendly. She messaged me in advance to ask what time we would arrive and came to meet us on arrival to give keys and show us around. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Breakfast was fabulous. There was a large selection of fresh food. It was a short distance from the centre of Annecy. I would definitely recommend.

Impressive spacious apartment close to the old town and lake

Excellent location 3 mins to old town and 10 to the lake. Spacious. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean with plenty of towels.

Couldnt work out the aircon and conciege just said check manual when i text him. No welcoming pack. Some milk, biscuits, olive oil, salt and pepper would be very helpful for guests. Only 1 small spoon in apartment. Sofas will need replacing soon.

Clean, modern and spacious accommodation close walking distance to everything in Annecy!

We really enjoyed our stay here, perfect for our family of 6. Spacious, clean, modern and great location, close walking distance to everything in Annecy. Alex, our concierge, really made the stay welcoming, helping us transport our bags upon arrival and was quick to respond on a few issues that came up. Overall, highly recommend Le Kube.

A few minor issues, including Netflix not working, the temperature knob on one of the showers was broken and a broken door latch were brought up but not fully resolved yet during our short stay. Hopefully these will be resolved for the next group!

Very comfortable and modern, so close to the old town and great location to explore Annecy, literally 2 mins walk. But nice and quiet in the evenings especially as we had a young child with us.

Lovely spacious apartment with great customer service.

The property was very continently Located for the old town. Communication with the agency was very good and our contact who checked us in and was our point of contact was great. We arranged to leave our luggage on day of arrival and departure as we were early/late flights and the agency were very helpful in this respect.

Another toilet would have been better for 3 double bedrooms. We had breakfast delivered every morning which was great but a bit of variety would have been good.

Great luxury with room for improvement.

Very close to the old city, extremely spacious, very good air condition. Great terraces. Beautiful design. Friendly and helpful housekeeper.

1. Rather noisy location, also at night due to the proximity to a road where people like to accelerate ferociously. 2. Really good kitchen but poorly equipped with gear: e.g. old pans with scratched surface, not all pots fitting to induction stove, no garlic squeezer, no drying board for hand washed tools, old cutting boards, not sufficient cleaning stuff. 3. Apartment was not clean when we were let in: floor not sufficiently cleaned so we got black feet, tooth paste spots on the mirror, lipstick on night table and one towel - staff cleaned it however next days following our complaint.

The furnishing was old and dilapidated (underwhelming couch, broken dining chairs, broken yard door latch etc). There was no extra supply of toilet rolls and kitchen towels.

This apartment is too hot in summer. One toilet in a three bedroom apartment is unfortunate.

One underpowered air conditioning unit was not enough to cool this apartment (3 bedroom). One toilet (advertised as two bathrooms) for a 3 bedroom apartment was a big issue. Windows opened above your head over the beds. The design and execution of this apartment for such a new property was woeful.

A large welll located apartment with some issues that spoilt our stay a bit

Location, size, the balcony.

The layout is very strange. One toilet only without a sink. Two shower rooms without toilets. The en suite shower room has no door. Be aware if you book this thinking that you will have two toilets, you will not. The apartment is advertised as air conditioned. Be aware that this is only in the living room. There is no air conditioning in any of the bedrooms. I asked and was told to leave the bedroom doors open. This is not ideal as there is then no privacy or soundproofing, and light disturbance, and it doesn’t really work. My request for fans was refused. Other small things - freezer not defrosted, kettle dirty, nowhere to put things but the floor in the en-suite shower, only one key provided for 6 people (my request for another key was ignored).

Beautiful modern, clean apartment with lots of space and would recommend a stay here!

The breakfast was delivered to the door and that was a great help as I didn't see any supermarkets close by. Tea bags would have been nice to have. The location was good, quiet and away from the hustle and buttle of the tourist area. It was just a few minutes walk to restaurants and about 15 minutes to the lake. Everything was great!

An earlier check in time would have been nice. Compared to other places we've stayed 4pm seems late.

Wonderful spacious apartment so close to everything in Lake Annecy.

Location! This modern spacious apartment building is blocks away from old town. A couple of grocery stores are within 10 minutes walk. Shopping area with wonderful shops. Great for a big group. Well stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. . Great appliances. The outdoor patio area is great. A large capacity washer and dryer in upstairs bathroom. Highly recommend!

No salt, and pepper. (we kept forgetting to ask for it though) Only a combination soap in shower rooms. (We were expecting hand soap, shampoo, conditioner.) No face/ washcloths. Very minor issues!

Nice apartment in a great location, but management was poor

The apartment was very nice and the location was excellent. Having a parking spot was a nice addition.

The service of the property manager was lacking for a "five star" property. On arrival, the daytime temperature was in the 30s (Celsius) but the underfloor heating in the apartment was on and set to 32 degrees! Needless to say, the apartment was sweltering despite the (one) AC unit running full tilt. Unfortunately, it took the property manager over 24 hours to figure out that all that was needed was to switch the heating from manual to automatic. It then took 3 days for the heat to dissipate from the apartment. The heating should have been confirmed to be off before we arrived, and it shouldn't have taken that long for it to be resolved. There were also no toiletries supplied despite the listing saying they were provided. I requested them about 3 times and none were ever provided or even acknowledged as missing. The floor in the apartment had also only been swept and not washed when we arrived, and the dirt quickly showed on our socks/feet.

Disappointing - if it wasn't for the concierge issues we woud have said it was OK/average

Proximity to the old town was great and the beds were very comfy. The linens and towels were good.

The sofas were uncomfortable. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bathroom property but there was only 1 toilet. The hot water failed on our first morning and the concierge were dreadful. The cleaners tried to help us but otherwise nobody returned our calls and it wasn't until 14;00 that a representative showed up. They gave us keys to another apartment to use the shower but couldn't move us or tell us when the problem would be resolved. The following day they finally moved us to another apartment - we lost most of 2 days of our stay waiting for them to resolve matters. A special mention for Claire on the concierge hotline who said I was lying about the lack of hot water and that nobody was responding to our calls - I assume because she thought the cleaners had fixed the boiler. They hadn't. The dishwasher didn't work in the new apartment. The freezer was iced up. You get the impression that the apartments are not properly maintained.

Central location, modern building, spacious living area.

1. We didn’t have hot water on the second day, so cold showers. We alerted the concierge but no action was taken. 2. The breakfast was terrible: torn paper bag due to open juice container, uncooked croissants and rotten fruit. We alerted the concierge who merely said they would inform the service provider. We were given 6 coffee pods for 2 days for 4 adults 3. The center point as per the description of the place is the fire place. It wasn’t working upon arrival and so the concierge said they would send a technician. The technician didn’t come despite a friendly reminder the next day. 4. No soap/ shampoo in the bathrooms, no wash basin in the toilet, one toilet for 3 bedrooms 5. Netflix wasn’t working, we could not add our account 6. The freezer was clogged with ice, the curtains were dirty,…
