Fantastic rental for a large family
Our family stay at Villa Serandite was exceptional. The location atop a hill in Old Town Annecy (across the square from the Chateau) was absolutely perfect. We loved the quiet gardens and spent lots of time on the spacious deck -- a welcome break from the bustle of the Old Town. The villa was enormous and had plenty of space to spread out, including a children's play room, a TV den, and a huge attic family room. There was a washing machine in the basement that we used frequently during our stay. Corinne was an amazing and responsive host. Thank you!
Our only challenge was the heat. We were in Annecy during an unusual heat wave and had a hard time keeping the villa cool enough to sleep well without AC. Corinne brought us two fans, but we would recommend a fan for every bedroom just to be safe.

Well located self catering apartment
Very close to the old town centre. Full self catering facilities. Good outlook over the old town. Very pleasant and helpful hostess.
Modernised interior lacked character. No basic provisions such as soap, shampoo or cooking oil. The garden appeared to be neglected which was disappointing considering it’s potential.

A charming self catering ground floor flat in an ideal and quiet location in annecy Old Town
A great self catering option so close to the old town but in a quiet location just down a small side street off from the castle. The ground floor flat had everything we needed for a self catering holiday with very easy access to annecy old town and all the area had to offer. The accommodation is very good and has a garden to enjoy when coming back from a day out
