Die Größe bzw. der Platz. Es ist ein komplettes freistehendes Haus mit Garten und Parkplatz. Wir hatten eBikes dabei. Damit ist man schnell am See bzw. im Zentrum von Annecy und wieder zu Hause. Mit Bio-Bikes wäre der Rückweg anstrengend, weil bergauf. Zu Fuß wäre die Strecke etwas weit. Das Internet ist rasend schnell!
Das Haus wurde stellenweise und vorsichtig renoviert aber die Grundsubstanz (Küche, Bäder) ist noch aus den 60ern oder 70ern. Ein Schlafzimmer im EG, die anderen drei mit Schräge im 1.OG. Da wird es im Sommer sehr warm.

There have 4 huge room, sufficient for big family. Parking also free and environmentally very calm.
