1 - Location.
Interesting, comfortable detached property with sizeable garden in quiet location with great views. Maybe due for an update, but no complaints. Well equipped, minimal rules and regulations! Agent Stephanie welcoming and helpful, good communicator. Supermarkets, swimming and other facilities handy.
Toilets/basins/showers in separate rooms not ideal. Dividing screen-door bases potential trip hazards, especially at top of staircase. Sofa positioned partly under lower end of staircase - ouch!
