Great place for a short stay in Annecy

The house is easy to reach from the train station, we were walking everywhere, and the neighborhood was quiet. The entire place was very clean and sunny and the kitchen was well equipped. Also the common spaces were big enough and nicely decorated.

The weather was pretty hot so the flat got warm during day and night, especially the upper floor.

Great spot, especially for the price, I would go again.

Annecy was a beautiful location, the apartment was very nicely decorated and felt very homey. A lot of beds for everyone to sleep in comfortably and the washing machine was useful to have. The kitchen was really nice!

There were very limited things - not much soap, trash bags, basics like that. There was a bit of an ant problem in the bathrooms.

Séjour très agréable

L emplacement est top , le logement est très sympa . La communication avec la propriétaire a été très agréable

La literie du lit de la chambre du haut n est pas confortable, pas de lumière dans la chambre . La baignoire à bulle , prestation top , ne fonctionnait pas manque de vaisselle

Der Aufenthalt war schön, vor allem für so eine grosse Gruppe sehr praktisch.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig, hatte viele Badezimmer und Toiletten und das meiste, was man braucht, war vorhanden.

Die Küchenausstattung war zum Teil nicht sauber, vor allem der Ofen und die Pfannen. Das sollte nicht so sein. Ausserdem fehlten Dinge wie Seife, Abwaschmittel und Toilettenpapier, die man aber gut nachkaufen konnte. Was gestört hat, war ein unangenehmer Geruch, der wahrscheinlich vom Abfluss kam, der aber in der Beschreibung nirgends erwähnt wurde. Daher wussten wir zu Beginn nicht, ob es vielleicht etwas Schlimmes war oder eben einfach der Abfluss. Darum sollte man sich noch kümmern.

Séjour mitigé dans une maison à rénover

La maison est très bien située, proche du centre-ville. Le logement dispose de places de parking pour 3 voitures, est bien équipé avec de la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine, et les serviettes ainsi que les draps étaient en quantité suffisante pour tout le monde. Les instructions pour le check-in et le check-out étaient claires.

La maison devient très chaude en été et il est difficile de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes à cause du bruit et des insectes. Dès qu’il fait un peu plus frais, la maison devient trop froide, avec un mauvais isolement des fenêtres. Il y avait des toiles d’araignées un peu partout. Les chambres n’avaient pas de volets, donc trop de lumière le matin. Un radiateur de salle de bain était cassé et impossible à éteindre, ce qui nous a obligés à ouvrir les fenêtres pour rafraîchir la pièce.

Très bien agencé et décoré, très agréable à vivre dedans

Pas de clim, la vaisselle était un petit peu grasse et il y avait le chauffage d’allumer dans une des 3 toilettes que nous ne pouvions pas éteindre

Dans l'ensemble très bon séjour quand même

Le logement était très sympa et à proximité de la ville super 👍 Et on pouvait ce garé à l'intérieur impeccable Cour fermé. Pas besoin de véhicule pour aller en ville 😉

Il y faisait très chaud pour dormir pas top 😕 Très bruyant si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes en vue de la départementale. Dommage 😕 Sur les photos nous voyons une cafetière et vous annoncer une cafetière ainsi la déception quand nous arrivons car c'est une Nespresso. Nous avions prévu filtre et café moulu nous avons improvisé 😉

Bon séjour entres amis

Bonne localisation (20min a pied du centre et du lac) logement bien équipé et taille idéal pour un groupe ! Couchages nombreux, de la place pour ranger ses affaires. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et spacieuse

Les douches ne sont pas etanches et le sol se retrouve mouillé. Des fourmis au niveau des douches notamment lorsqu'on ouvre le velux c'est dommage.
