GREAT GREAT Location!

Location was GREAT, couldn't have been any better! And the back patio overlooking the canal was a favorite spot for us during our visit. We would sit out there in the morning and drink coffee, and also at night to have our wine.

I hate writing anything that is not positive but, the space has two bathrooms as far as showers and only one toilet in a separate room. So for 6 people, 1 toilet was challenging, but we made it work. Would definitely book this place again.

Location on the river is magnificent, centrally located in the old town. Balcony is good to chill out and relax.

One very tiny toilet between 6 men isn't ideal.

The place could be really nice, if someone gave it some love.

We loved the location and the view from the balcony.

Communication with the management company was poor. We didn’t receive check-in information until 17:30 of our check-in date. I left messages on Booking platform and text messages. No one responded. Finally, had to call to get the info. Property itself was a bit dirty and needed a good deep cleaning. Pots and pans just thrown in the shelf. Plus, the place is small, but is filled with furniture and other items too large for the space. The silly mountain goat statue, the large coat rack, and the large patio chairs all made space really cramped.

Excellent location and condition

The location was excellent near old town and train station. There was only 1 flight of stairs to get to the house. Great balcony, and able to fit 8 people with 2 bathrooms. Generally clean and the air-conditioning was the best thing to have in the hot summer.

The main shower knob was very tight. It would be great to provide more trash bags and toilet rolls since there are 8 of us over 7 nights. Wish there were more condiments for cooking. The horse shelf by the door was nice but blocking the way most of the time.

This apartment is a treat from its terrific location to its spunky decor and exceptional amenities.

Terrific location. Superb decor, use of space and building materials helped us feel like the apartment accommodated our family.

Smell in the toilet closet: smelled like fried fish and cooking from perhaps the restaurant downstairs. It was off-putting and there is no fan to mitigate the odor.

Localização excelente, apartamento confortável, bonito, bem equipado. Tem o astral de ser em um prédio antigo, mas bem moderno.

O transfer teve que nos largar uma quadra de distância por ser uma área de pedestre.

Très bon séjour avec toutes les commodités dans un appartement propre et très bien situé.

L’emplacement, la proximité avec le parking, la décoration.

Rien sauf un petit bémol concernant la baignoire balneo avec laquelle nous avons eu un petit soucis de fuite. Une fuite sur un tuyau d’une buse qui n’était pas bien emboîté ( le 1er soir ) et une autre fuite moins prononcée sur l’évacuation ( le 2nd soir ). Un petit entretien devrait être mis en place de temps en temps afin d’éviter de passer 1 heure à éponger ( ça c’est passé vers 23h )…..

Un excellent choix pour profiter d’Annecy. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement

Nous avons séjourné à quatre (deux couples) et avons été ravis de cet appartement. Très joliment décoré, confortable et parfaitement équipé. La literie était de bonne qualité, et il y avait deux salles d’eau : une salle de bain complète, plus une douche avec un petit lavabo directement dans l’une des chambres — très pratique. La cuisine était très bien équipée. Le balcon donnant sur la Thiou offrait une vue superbe, particulièrement agréable et reposante. Le petit sauna, même s’il est vraiment prévu pour deux personnes, fonctionne parfaitement et apporte un vrai plus. Points positifs : emplacement idéal, décoration chaleureuse, équipement complet, très bon confort, superbe vue sur la Thiou, sauna agréable, parfait pour deux couples. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et le gardons précieusement pour un prochain séjour.

Je n’ai absolument rien de négatif à signaler sur cet appartement : tout était parfait pour notre séjour.

L’emplacement était top Le bain à remous et Sauna également C’est vrai que c’est plus à bain à remous que jaccuzi

C’est dommage qu’il n’y avait pas assez de produits de base comme gel douche shampooing et papier toilette ou café Ce n’était clairement pas suffisant pour 6 surtout au vu du prix de la nuit Et le checkout a 10h c’est très tôt malheureusement

Manque d’intimité dans l’espace vie… ni volet ni rideau… manque d’oreillers dans la chambre principale… dans ce niveau de prix le choix entre 2 oreillers pourrait être proposé… effet « plastique » du protège matelas.

Appartement cosy au cœur de Annecy

-Emplacement en plein centre. -Appartement bien équipé globalement (livres et jeux pour enfant, console, tv, Wi-Fi, assiettes et vaisselle à disposition).

- les volets laissent trop passer la lumière la nuit. -Pas de linge pour la vaisselle ni de liquide vaisselle, ce qui aurait aidé pour la vaisselle d'appoint, même si l'appartement est équipé d'un lave-vaisselle. -sauna dans l'appartement. -un peu cher.

L'emplacement de l'appartement au coeur de la vieille ville. Appartement bien agencé et fonctionnel. présence d'un sauna.

Un seul WC pour 6 personnes, c'est peu Beaucoup de poussière dans les chambres, il restait de la vaisselle dans le lave-vaisselle, ainsi qu'une capsule de café usagée dans la machine à café. Ménage pas très bien fait. L'appartement possède une machine à café, mais aucune capsule n'est fournie. Les volets des chambres laissent beaucoup passer la lumière et les fenêtres des chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées. Quantité limitée de papiers toilettes fournies; prévoir du stock à l'arrivée, surtout si vous voyagez avec des enfants. Qu'un seul jeu de clé fourni. Rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé.
