Somptueux appartement Beau-Rivage

Hemos pasado 2 noches en Somptueux appartement Beau-Rivage y la experiencia ha sido extraordinaria. El apartamento es incluso mejor de lo que muestran las fotografías; realmente las imágenes no le hacen justicia. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa gracias a lo amplio, cómodo y acogedor que es. Gracias Rémi y Yuliya por los detalles. Lo mejor, sin duda, son las impresionantes vistas al lago y la playa privada, exclusiva para los propietarios y accesible mediante código. Poder disfrutar de este espacio tranquilo y privilegiado ha sido uno de los grandes atractivos de nuestra estancia. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado, es muy espacioso y ofrece todo lo necesario para una estancia super cómoda y relajante en Annecy. Como único aspecto a tener en cuenta, durante agosto suele haber bastante tráfico en la carretera de acceso, aunque creemos que con unas bicicletas se evita fácilmente este pequeño inconveniente. En definitiva, un alojamiento excepcional que recomendaríamos sin dudar y al que nos encantaría volver.

Un poco de ruido de la carretera. Que está en un lugar tranquilo lejos de panaderías o tiendas y eso te hace desplazarte en coche o bici para comprar alguna cosa, pero merece la pena absolutamente.

Very spacious apartment with magnificent views over Lake Annecy. The rooms had character and were equipped with everything you could need snd more. It was an easy walk into the old town snd the canals. The private beach is an amazing bonus, my adult children loved it.

It was exceptionally hot (mid heatwave) and it was difficult to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, especially in the evenings as we had severe thunderstorms. Some air conditioning would make it feel more luxurious. Also, having the windows open let in the noise of the busy road that is right by the complex, which made it difficult to sleep. With air conditioning, I would have given it 10.

Beautiful view of the lake, large and spacious, clean. Can access a private beach with jetty for getting into the lake, stunning.

While there were plenty of towels, they were tiny, the majority no bigger than tea towels. It’s on a busy road but has excellent double glazing. In high summer with windows open it would be noisy at the front. There was an odd smell in the apartment . As we were travelling as colleagues the internal windows on one bedroom and bathroom was slightly problematic. The blind was not thick enough for privacy.
