A beautiful apartment in the old town of Annecy, with views over the rooftops.

A beautiful apartment right in the centre of the old town - a great location. The apartment was well kitted out with washing machine and dishwasher, water pressure was good in the shower and the hosts communicated really well from start to finish. The beds were comfortable and it was a great place to relax in the afternoons and evenings after some sightseeing.

For people with mobility problems, the apartment is up three flights of a winding staircase - not an issue for us and we were aware of that with the booking.

Perfect location, lovely apartment

Amazing location in Annecy old town, everything was reachable on foot. Love that there was a washing machine and air conditioning. The children loved the upstairs bedroom. Hosts were very helpful and informative, giving clear information on the property access, area etc.

We weren’t aware of the stairs to access the property. It is a (very lovely) spiral staircase but knowing beforehand would have helped with transferring luggage and children. A small issue but might help others to know.

Apartment was lovely and clean and very cosy. Beds were very comfortable. Great location, close to train station and very close to all attractions. Would definitely come back again.

Good location, noce and quiet apartment.

Good location, good facility for 5 people. There is good aircondition in thr apartment. The parking for the car is 4 min walk - not bad.

The Sopa is not so good for sleeping for the 6th person. There is no elevator.

La situation géographique! L’esthétisme de l’appartement c

Les portes ne sont pas en état pour être fermées. L’une d’entre nous est restée coincée il a fallu appeler les pompiers. Le pommeau de la douche mal fixé est resté dans une de nos mains. Il n’y avait qu’un seul verre à vin ( pour un appartement pour 6 personnes) et 5 capsules à café proposées… Il n’y a pas eu assez de papier toilette pour la durée du séjour. La literie du 6 eme lit n’était pas préparé Ce qui nous a le plus dérangé c’est l’attitude de notre hôte qui ne nous a ps adressé un seul mot d’excuse pour la situation vécue, il a occupé l’appartement le matin pour essayer d’améliorer la fermeture des portes, pendant ce temps l’appartement n’était pas « occupable ». Nous avons eu le sentiment qu’il nous reprochait d’avoir volontairement cassé la porte.

les couettes qui étaient dans le placard n’étaient pas lavées …. les oreillers mériteraient d être changés Ils sont tachés et sentent pas bon ….

très bon séjour globalement

la situation géographique, appartement cosy et spacieux pour 5 personnes. Très bien équipe sur le plan four, cafetière bouilloire machine à laver...literie confortable.

nous avons trouvé que le drap housse du lit de la chambre en étage pourrait être adapté à la taille du matelas. Il est trop petit et il se défait dans les coins. Il manque des tasses de grandes tailles. il y en a 2 pour une capacités de 7 personnes. Les serviettes de toilettes sont reches et pas de première jeunesse.

Jättefin lägenhet! Rekommenderas varmt! Läget var perfekt, ac x2 funkade som tur var toppen i +35 grader. Välutrustat kök och det fanns även tvättmaskin. Allt var jättebra! Tydlig kommunikation med ägarna!

Lite noppiga sängkläder och endast två täcken (vi var fyra personer).

Bon emplacement, à proximité de commerces et de centres d’interêt. L’appartement est très bien aménagé et cosy, et on s’y sent bien. Très complet concernant les équipements.

للاسف لم يتم توضيح عدم وجود اصنصير بالمبني والشقه بالدور الثالث والسلم جدا صعب لدرجه لم نقدر نطلع الشنط للشقه وبقيت بالسياره طيله اقامتنا ظهور فار لنا في اخر ليله ،

Excellent séjour à Annecy!

L’appartement est magnifique! Propre, bien équipé, très bien situé au centre ville. Proche de tout! Et les propriétaires sont très réactifs! C’est vrai qu’il est situé au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, mais ça passe sans aucun souci! Rien à dire, à refaire certainement!

דירה מאוד מאובזרת, יש הכל. מיקום מעולה, ממש על המדרחוב אבל פונה לחצר כך שהיא מאוד מאוד שקטה. בקומה הראשונה יש חדר שינה, מטבח וסלון קטן ובעליית בגג חדר שינה נוסף ללא שירותים או מקלחת. בגדול נקי ומסודר אבל השמיכות הנוספות היו ללא ציפו והמסריחות.

שימו לב, קומה שלישית ללא מעלית ובבניין מאוד ישן כך שכל מדרגה אינה סטנדרטית. בעייתי למי שיש בעיות עלייה במדרגות או לא יכול לסחוב מזוודות.
