The apartment is well maintained, and decorated. Comfortable enough for a group of 6 with two seniors and two small children. It is very well located, within walking distance of the old city and the lake. There are also several shops and restaurants very close.

Note that the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. The spiral staircase is quaint but difficult for children and seniors.

The apartment was just as advertised -- amazing location in the historic city center with easy access to everything. We were grateful for the AC, given the heat wave, and figured out that the upstairs bedroom's unit works best when the door was closed, because cool air sinks. The view was incredible and we loved the combination of a modern apartment inside a historic building. We figured out the shutters on the outside of the windows also function as drapes and kept the afternoon sun out. The hosts were incredibly responsive each time I messaged them. I had some questions in advance of the stay, and also upon arrival (when I couldn't find the washing machine, or figure out how to keep the front door closed) and each time, I got quick, helpful answers.

This is SUPER minor (goes to show how good the place is) but the drying rack is a bit wobbly - would recommend the host invest in a new one. (I had just come off a two-week hiking trip and had a lot of laundry to do) And also a bread knife, since there are good bakeries nearby and it would make it easier to cut the bread. Otherwise, the living accommodations were well thought-out and we had everything we needed for the 5 days we were in Annecy and called the place home.

الشقه في الدور الثالث والدرج صعب جدا جدا انصح وبشده الي معاه ابناء او شنط كبيره لا ياخذها والدرج صعب وخطير الشقه ليست كما في الصور ( لا تغرك الصور ) الشقه كلها من خشب وكل شوي تدق عليك الي تحتك ( جارتك ) تقول بنام يعني لو تمشي على روس أصابعك يطلع صوت لانها ( خشب )
