Schöne, moderne und sichere Wohnung
Recht harte Matratzen, bes. im 2. Zimmer, das sehr auf Kinder ausgerichtet war. Zu wenig Toilettenpapier! Keine Geschirrtücher 🤷‍♀️

The apartment is in a modern, quiet, residential block in a pleasant suburb of the town. The lake and old town are within easy walking distance (15mins) all flat. We are fit, able bodied fifty some things and don't mind exercise. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The host was very pleasant to deal with, comms were prompt and easy.
Nothing tbh. Annecy is a stunning destination, so much to see and do for the adventurous and for those who like a more relaxed vibe.

Posizione veramente ottima, il centro raggiungibile facilmente passeggiando, servizi/negozi poco distanti. Tranquillità e silenzio. Comodo il parcheggio nel garage dell' edifico.
Migliorerei, la comodità dei letti e la dotazione di asciugamani, troppo piccoli per la doccia.
