Comfortable apartment in great location with amazing hosts

Lovely apartment in a great location, with a boulangerie right across the street. The hosts were extremely responsive, answering our questions and delivering extra coffee pods when we needed them.

A perfect location to take in all the sites of Old Town Annecy.

The location was perfect. Very close to parking, right in old town, very comfortable bed and the apartment was outfitted very well. Had everything we needed.

The hallway that you enter first looks a little sketchy but the apartment itself was nicely done up. There was a bit of noise outside the apartment on Friday night but not the first night.

Charm, Convenience and Comfort create an incredible value!

Very roomy and nicely appointed. Very quiet despite its central location in the heart of old Annecy, which abounds with bars and restaurants. Just a short walk from the train station and grocery store.

There was no air conditioning. However two large fans kept sleeping comfortable.

Fabulous apartment in a fantastic location.

We loved our stay! A highlight of our holiday so far. We were travelling by car and had no problem locating the property or finding parking. The apartment we clean, warm and well equipped. A wonderful bonus was the bakery across from the apartment. We brought croissants and bread to have with our breakfast and ready made baguettes, drinks and a snack for a picnic lunch on our day trips. In the evening it was lovely to stroll around the beautiful town and enjoy the scenery and have a drink, dinner, an ice cream or all of the mentioned. It was also wonderful to see the town first thing in the morning. Great communication! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Enjoyable stay in the heart of old town

We loved the location of this property. Right in the old town and next to Boulangerie restAurants and bars. Comfortable bed and wii for the kids

The pullout bed could’ve been made up so we didn’t have to find sheets pillows etc. There is an instruction manual that you need to read as it is self check in. However hosts were very communicative by text.

Bien dans l'ensemble, belle ville

La géolocalisation de l'appartement

Bien mais quelques améliorations à apporter pour le bien être des loueurs. La fermeture des volets serait à revoir ainsi que celle de l'entrée par mesure de sécurité. La wii ne fonctionne pas, l'éclairage de certaines lampes est à revoir. Les serviettes de toilettes sentaient la fumée, odeur retrouvée également dans la salle de bain, Jaid a fait le nécessaire immédiatement et nous a fait parvenir un autre jeu. Evacuation de l'eau difficile dans la salle de bain, le frigidaire méritait d'être dégivré. Pas de capsules de café à l'arrivée (problème également résolu rapidement). Nous sommes dans l'ensemble satisfaits mais ces remarques sont faîtes pour améliorer le séjour.

Un très bon point de départ pour découvrir Annecy sans avoir besoinde sa voiture.

Emplacement impeccable, avec beaucoup de restaurants, une super boulangerie, le marché et un parking sous-terrain avec un tarif pour 5 jours avantageux (45€) L'appart est très calme malgré un premier étage en plein cœur historique, la décoration est soignée et moderne, confortable.

Pas de critique particulière à formuler, peut-être à noter qu'il y a un petit soucis de contact au niveau du lave-vaisselle, et que le canapé lit grince assez fort, mais ça n'a en rien altéré la qualité de notre séjour.

Toll eingerichtetes Appartement mittendrin

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartement mitten in Annecy. Wir haben uns sofort richtig wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Auf dem angrenzenden Garagenhof war es nachts recht laut und wir mussten die Fenster schließen. Daher wäre es super gewesen, wenn es im Schlafzimmer ein kleines Klimagerät gegeben hätte, da die Temperaturen so hoch waren. Aber es gab zwei Ventilatoren, das hat auch schon geholfen.

L’emplacement de l’appartement, en face la boulangerie et à côté un super restaurant Italien 😁 Nous avons pu trouver une place de parking de suite c’était un peu notre souci comme il y avait le carnaval vénitien beaucoup de monde bien sûr Nous avons passé un super week-end je le recommande fortement

Situation idéale au cœur de la vieille ville. Très calme néanmoins. Appartement bien équipé, joliment décoré.

Petit bémol, nous étions supposés être 3 personnes et j aurais aimé que le canapé convertible soit préparé en amont avec les draps .
