This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location! There wasn't always staff present, but when there was we appreciated the service. Breakfast was excellent, and the gentleman who took care of us was amazing!! He not only made breakfast, but he seemed to be running the entire hotel at the same time. He was really thoughtful and and very kind to us. (I wish we could remember his name to publicly say thank you once again!)

When we arrived to Assisi the parking lot the hotel said to use was full. I called and a gentleman said to use Mojano parking lot which was only “500 meters away. “ We walked over a mile with 3 suitcases and 2 backpacks, having to climb 3 flights of stairs. The hotel did not offer a taxi which we discovered later would have been a possibility. Once we arrived, we found that the hotel had no wifi and was in a dead zone where we couldn’t even get a roaming signal. We did appreciate Sara who got us a great restaurant reservation but there was no fixing the internet on a Sat/Sun. We left a day early for Abruzzo.
