A magical stay

We were 3 friends who came from Rome to see Assisi at Christmas time and we were not disappointed. The town was magical, especially at night. Our rooms were perfect. They were very clean. Beds super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection.

Perfect welcoming location for a pilgrammge

We came to visit the Basilicas and we were so close! Mere minutes to St. Francesco. Town is so peaceful and quiet. Perfect to wander, explore

Service. Breakfast was too late and with no option to have remboursement or an option B (7.30 in the morning in a pilgrims place). Any informations was provided in terms of of shuttle or bus timetable.

Everything. The staff was extremely nice. The place is so pretty with an amazing view on the wonderful basilica S. Francisco. The terrasse is perfect to watch landscape. The breakfast is well served. The room was cleaned everyday. I really loved the little church in this hotel. And all of this for a very good price I will come back for sure !

The only negative point is that we hear easily people in others room and in the corridor. But despite of this, everything was perfect

Amazing hotel, great value for the price, unbeatable location, great staff. Breakfast is ok-ish

The hotel used to be a monastery that was turned into the hotel this year. The location is unbeatable, it's literally across the St. Francis cathedral. The staff was very helpful and cordial, giving recommendations for the day, where to park, where to eat and how to tour around the city. The room was bing enough, not very luxurious, but with an AC unit and comfortable beds. Breakfast was OK, nothing to boast about, but good enough options.

The staff is only available until 11:00 PM, after that you're on your own. The parking space is very limited, and since it's in the middle of the old-town, parking nearby is not really an option. It would suck on a rainy day.

Quarto quentinho num inverno rigoroso, prédio de um mosteiro onde ainda vivem freiras franciscanas, vista perfeita, localização: a melhor da parte histórica! Staff muito simpático com destaque para Carla. Café da manhã honesto. Estacionamento.

L'hotel è situato in un vecchio monastero ristrutturato davanti la Basilica di San Francesco. Camere comode con bagni. Dalla terrazza è possibile godere del panorama mozzafiato sulla valle sottostante. Ottima e abbondante colazione a buffet. Staff gentile e disponibile (la signora Carla sempre disponibile e prodiga di consigli). Anna e Roberto.

A poucos metros da Basílica de São Francisco com excelente vista panorâmica a partir do terraço do 5 andar. O 3º andar oferece uma capela privada Excelente pequeno almoço.

Horário do pequeno almoço muito restritivo (das 07h. às 09.30h) para quem fez uma viagem longa no dia anterior. O mesmo se passa com o horário do check out (demasiado cedo 10h)

Le cadre est magnifique, la tranquillité règne en ce lieu. Le personnel est très aimable et on se trouve à quelques pas des principaux lieux à visiter. Un moment de grâce...

La route d'accès indiquée par le GPS était très compliquée, des ruelles étroites, en pente et remplies de touristes. Il est préférable de contourner le centre ville et d'arriver par le haut pour descendre à l'hôtel.

Ottima posizione di fronte alla Basilica in un ex convento e raggiungibile direttamente in auto. Vista spettacolare e personale molto accogliente. Stanze piccoline ma ordinate e pulite.
