The location was prime and the hospitality was great, would consider staying here again, by taxi.

This bed and breakfast was super cozy and perfect for what our needs were to celebrate our anniversary. The hosts were amazing and were able to prepare a breakfast for us while we were there. The calmness and sereness of the city was also felt in this BB.

I would have liked to have just a little more table space in the room on top of the dresser unit that was there for our things. And although having a fob to keep the electricity on is a great idea, there were times where it was difficult to keep the lights on if the fob was slightly moved out of place. Also, the breakfast was good in our own designated place for the stay with our own place settings within the kitchen, but it seemed like the utensils were not washed after each use.

Beautiful authentically Italian property very close to St Francis Basilica

This was a beautiful place to stay with a very authentic Italian feel. Although up a hill (as most things are in Assisi!) it provided a beautiful and calm setting. The property is very spacious set over 3 floors with two spacious en suite bathrooms on the first floor and basement (this one has street access from the inside but no key to get back in) and living space and fully equipped kitchen on middle floor. Inside the property is beautifully decorated with lovely artworks on the walls. The check in was at a gift shop on the main street of Assisi and the property was just round the corner. We were able to leave our bags there as we arrived before check in.

The shower wasn’t particularly powerful and was a small shower head, but this doesn’t detract from a beautiful and enjoyable experience. Just a note that the property isn’t accessible for those with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps both to get to the property and also inside.

Excellent value with personal touch for a memorable trip to Assisi.

The location and the comfort - it was quite windy and cold (even for hearty New Englander) that there was plenty of heat in the room. The owner/Staff was so helpful and responded to any question in timely manner!

A beautiful Assisi country home away from home

Immediately feels at home. Excellent location - love the sundown walk to the Basilica di San Francesco, Basilica di San Chiara, and Piazza. The host was extremely helpful and we appreciate it. Our family loved the stay, especially the kitchen - it has every utensils needed for a hearty meal.

Beds comfy, great large size rooms split over 2 floors, lovely and clean. Great location in the city, lovely breakfast.

No hot water..... messaged the owner about this during out stay and never got a response. Upstairs room needs curtains not voiles as you wake with the light there, and wouldn't recommend to a light sleeper as downstairs room is street front with some noise from passing cars and pedestrians.

Wonderful location with a beautiful view over the surrounding valley. The friendly owner prepared a nice breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. I would stay there again.

Appena arrivati disagio assoluto per avere le chiavi. Camera con affaccio su un tetto tipo cella di Rebibbia. Solo colazione dolce. Costretti ad andare in un bar. Occorreva prenotare il salato. Ricevuta non comprensiva del compenso dato per la presenza del cane. Camera stipata di cioccaglie con un armadio dove non potevi appendere un cappotto in quanto adatto per vestiti di un minore di anni dieci. Le valigie sono rimaste aperte sul pavimento. Il prezzo pagato è stato confrontato con hotel a 4 stelle . Praticamente con lo stesso compenso avremmo avuto una stanza con finestra e non con affaccio non considerato finestra ma luce in quanto non consente di sporgersi lateralmente con il busto. Preciso che le foto pubblicate non inquadrano l apertura e quindi il cliente non si avvede della reale situazione.

Vedi commenti sopra. La modalità di consegna chiavi. La camera con luce veduta tetto. La moltitudine di oggetti fastidiosi senza spazio utile. La mancanza di colazione salata . Dopo 10 ore di macchina nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua.

A acomodação é uma fofura, muito bem decorada e cheia de detalhes. O café da manhã é bom.

O estacionamento privado é longe, requerendo uma caminhada de 1km (10min.) no meio da estrada, muitas vezes deserta. Se não tiver pertences de valor, recomendo deixar nas vagas públicas que estão mais próximas do portão da cidade antiga. Também tivemos problemas com a chave de ligação da eletricidade, que às vezes desligava por estar frouxa, precisando de reparos!

Sembra uscito da una favola, cura nei dettagli tutti deliziosi. Appena dietro la basilica, si visita tutto a piedi, il proprietario disponibilissimo e attento ad ogni nostra richiesta

Se posso dare un consiglio sulla colazione, che era buona ed abbondante, eliminerei alcuni prodotti confezionati che tolgono un pò di romanticismo ad una sala colazione splendida

Stanza molto accogliente nel cuore di Assisi. A due passi dalla basilica di San Francesco. I proprietari sono molto gentili e hanno servito una colazione buonissima. La struttura mette a disposizione un parcheggio che però è fuori dalle mura e si trova a circa 600m di distanza, un po’ isolato.

Posticino delizioso, posizione pazzesca (sopra San Francesco!), prezzo onestissimo, parcheggio disponibile, colazione ricca e gestori carini e comprensivi: cosa volere di più?

Gebuchte Unterkunft aufgrund von angeblicher Fehlbuchung nicht bekommen. Unterbringung in urigem Zimmer mit veraltetem Bad. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Umständlicher Zugang zur Unterkunft, zugesagte Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder nur schwer zugänglich.

Un hospedaje que tiene amor en cada detalle

De toda nuestra estancia en Europa este fue el lugar en el que más disfrutamos quedarnos. Se siente hogareño y así mismo fue la acogida de los anfitriones, muy amables y serviciales en todo momento, incluso nos dieron recomendaciones para visitar! Es muy cercano al Santuario y tiene una ubicación excelente si desean recorren el centro histórico de Asís. El desayuno fue tradicional con muchos detalles y variedad para elegir, además el comedor es un espacio muy agradable para compartir el desayuno. Muy agradecimos con este lindo lugar y quienes nos recibieron 🤍

Llegamos a pie desde la estación de bus y fue un poco complejo por las subidas, pero una vez llegamos todo fue espectacular.

Bijzondere kamer vlakbij de basiliek. De kamer was vol met schilderijen, lampjes en allerlei dingetjes. Was erg leuk allemaal, misschien een beetje vol, maar wel bijzonder. Mooie badkamer en alle comfort wat nodig was. Uitstekend ontbijt, waarbij de eigenaar aanwezig was om alles voor je klaar te zetten, en ook om een praatje te houden als je dat op prijs stelde. Ook erg prettig dat er een privé parkeerplaats was op een 10 minuten lopen. We konden ook makkelijk de bagage voor de B&B uitladen en weer inladen na afloop. Eigenaar was erg aardig, en ook zijn vrouw. Voor herhaling vatbaar in prachtig Assisi.
