The balcony to the rooms were so fun to walk out and take panoramic pictures of the area. Everything was amazing. I love

Charming Hotel in a Great Spot in Assisi - Great for Pilgrimage

Breakfast included with room was excellent, as good as any one will find across Europe.

I forgot the room did not have air conditioning, but was able to open the windows to allow a good breeze to enter the room.

Assisi Night Stay

Location

Rooms, AC, and outside do not reflect what was inside. The hotel got our attention on the first visit to the town, and we booked it on that basis. The inside was less than expected.

Disappointing customer care.

Location was excellent, bed was comfortable .

There is no outdoor seating or table on the balcony to relax. The coffee from the machine at breakfast was awful and when I asked the receptionist, at 9:40 am if I could have a cappuccino to take outside in the seating area , which btw the staff had made for themselves during my breakfast, I was told that the restaurant was closed. I was the only guest at breakfast but the waitress was too busy on her mobile to get her attention to ask for a decent coffee. Also, I couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower.

That you can hear noises from any where. From other rooms, from the hallways of the hotel and from the street. We listen loud music from a business near to the hotel until very high hours of the night.

Perfect location and view is beautiful.

The location and view were fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and there was extra pillows and blankets available in the room if you needed them. Water provided in the mini fridge and unique liquor for sale in the lobby. Really enjoyed out stay.

Exceptional

I definitely come here again, and recommend to people who has travel plans to Assisi. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, talkative and helpful. Its location is the perfection. 50 m away from the bus stops. But 900 m away from Assisi centre. While climbing/walking up to the centre, it leads to explore and experience more Assisi’s life through streets. Great architectural texture, urban pattern in spatial context. Early in the morning i woke up with bird sings and watched from my balcony with valley view sun rising. It is also possible to watch sunset in balcony used as common area first and second floor. Valley view and bassilica view. Splendid. I had my dinner at hotel. Meals were so delicious. In general, i left Assisi with very good memories.

Hotel located in an excellent position at the entrance of the historical center of Assisi, at few meters (mostly in vertical ...) from the basilica. Staff is very kind and available. Wonderful panorama from the scenic balcony.

Awful breakfast: very limited choice, no warm food, broken coffee machine, low quality of the (mostly pre-packed) items. Partly amended by the courtesy of the staff.

Nice hotel, near the parking and the church. I wanted to drop of our luggage because we arrived at ten in the morning. But they could give us our room already which was great en very kind.

We had to shower very carefully because the water didn’t not run throughout very well. The hotel is situated above the parking so that part of the view is not so great, the valley behind it is though.

Great location - right outside a gate into Assisi. Very easy to get into all the wonderful sites.

Really heavy cigarette smoke smell when we first arrived. I don't do well with that. It was okay in our room and it was better by the 2nd day.

Perfect Stay In Assisi!

The staff was friendly and helpful, The location was perfect, right at the gates to Assisi. We loved our balcony with a gorgeous view of the church and valley. The lights at night were beautiful. It was a short walk to all the sights and a perfect base from which to explore Umbria. Breakfast was very good and the staff always had our coffee waiting for us....so special.

Assisi Hotel Windsor Savoia is a 3 stars hotel, but the service we received is 5 stars at our full happiness and satisfaction! Our Special thanks go to Reception chief Giulia to assign us the biggest and the best room for our long stay! Special Thanks also to Fabrizio, the best Information office and tourist guide, to Adile who helped us with our car, and also to Oliviero and Flaminia, as well as to Catia and Antonio from the restaurant for giving us vegetarian food due to our sugar problem. This is really an amazing hotel to stay and to comeback！

Windsor savoya optimum solution

The information about the parking opportunity was poor. Despite of my question in e-mail I didn't get the name or adress of the parking garage.

It's closed to either the city wall, and parking lot. Everything was ok. Nice room and breakfast. Kind staff.

OTTIMO

L'hotel Windsor Savoy si trova in una posizione strategica. Vicinissima al posteggio coperto e a due passi dalla Basilica di Assisi. Da segnalare che la struttura ha una convenzione con il posteggio coperto che consente la sosta dell'auto ad un prezzo vantaggioso. Il personale gentilissimo, pulizia ineccepibile, colazione internazionale con ampia scelta tra salato, dolce e frutta. Segnalo anche una pizzeria vicina con forno a legna dove abbiamo mangiato delle pizze buonissime (abbiamo visitato Assisi alla fine di Gennaio e la sera moltissimi ristoranti /pizzerie erano chiusi quindi la pizzeria di cui sopra ci ha salvato!!). CONSIGLIATO!

Suggerirei di migliorare i materassi ed i cuscini che non sono molto comodi.

La posizione rispetto alla Basilica è spettacolare. I ragazzi hanno potuto muoversi in autonomia verso il centro perché è davvero vicinissimo. La colazione era intercontinentale ottima

위치가 압도적으로 좋았습니다. 프란체스코 성당과 가깝고, 아씨시를 걸어다니기에 정말 좋은 곳에 위치하고 있어요. 특히 센터로 들어오는 버스를 타는 곳이 바로 앞이라 짐이 많은 여행객들에게는 최고입니다. 또한 발코니에서 바라보는 전망은 마치 중세시대 언제인가로 와있는 듯한 착각을 줍니다.

방음이 정말 안 됩니다. 단체 관광객들과 묵었는데, 복도에서 캐리어 끄는 소리, 문 닫는 소리, 1층 데스크에서 울리는 전화소리 등 모든 소음이 다 들립니다.. 이건 꼭 개선되었으면 좋겠네요..

Die Lage des Hotels ist unglaublich überragend und ein kurzer Besuch sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und ideal für Spaziergänge in die Stadt Assisi. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Das Frühstück war gut und auch typisch italienisch. Wir konnten unser Auto direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir prächtige Ausblicke in verschiedenen Richtungen.

Das Hotel hatte auch Reisegruppenbesuch und das war dann sehr unruhig.Man merkte das besonders dann beim Frühstück..es gab nicht mehr viel ;) Wir sind natürlich nicht verhungert. Das Ei ob Rührei oder gekocht war immer eiskalt.

Výborné raňajky. Slvelá reštaurácia. Veľmi nápomocný personál - zaparkoval nám auto na svoje osobné parkovisko a nechal nás tam parkovať. Fantastická poloha pri Bazilike a izba s balkonom s výhľadom na Baziliku.

Ottima posizione panoramica e praticamente prossima alla Basilica di San Francesco, struttura pulita e personale gentile. Colazione varia e abbondante.

Unica nota è il parcheggio non riservabile ma data la posizione ed i servizi navetta, si può ovviare tranquillamente.
