Unique

Incredibly unique property in a 12th Century building. The room style mix of modern and old has been done very well. Room was spacious and included a fridge, sink, stove top, kettle, cutlery and a few cooking utensils.

Unfortunately there is no soundproofing. We were next door to a very inconsiderate and noisy family and could hear everything. Tiny bathroom and shower, the smallest I'd come across. Might be difficult for bigger people. No tissues, minimal shampoo, no shower gel, no conditioner. There was a leaking sink in the bathroom. Breakfast below average. 10.30am checkout and a bag storage deposit was 10E. If you are claustrophobic be aware there were no windows in this room.

Room was a portal back in time with all the comforts. Rita and Olimpia were lovely and very welcoming! Breakfast was delicious.

Showers leaked water outside of the shower stall. Had to clean up the water to to prevent from slipping.

Outstanding stay just what I needed.

The location is walking distance to everywhere and others are accessible by bus ($1.3 euros if you buy it from the shop/restaurant). Breakfast is good and staff are very pleasant. The room is very comfortable especially the bed and duvet. The room is on the first floor and does not bother with the pedestrians on the road.

Perfect!

Case Brizi Assisi was more than we could have hoped for. The location was perfect. The rooms were immaculate and so cute. Close to everything and easily accessible by taxi. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was delightful. This was one of my top favorite places to stay in Italy.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

A wonderful place for a stay in Assisi

The hotel is wonderful. In the middle of everything. The housework gracious and helpful. They recommended restaurants in the vicinity all of which were wonderful. To those who travel by car keep in mind that there is no parking in ECCC so you need to find a parking space andplan to park overnight not close to the hotel. That's no problem for us, but I wanted to let it be known.

Exceptional

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Location was perfect for walking up and down Assisi. Wish we had stayed for longer. Our room felt very authentic with a modern bathroom and very clean and tidy. Our hosts were lovely and very pleasant. With limited Italian for us and there English being very good this made out stay very comfortable and made us feel very welcome. If we return to we would stay again. Breakfast was lovely with some lovely coffee. Finally they ordered us a taxi to the train station which was like a tour with a very knowledgeable driver. B&B with great local vibe

The location was amazing: B&B is placed on a calm, quiet street, but strategically close to both the Basilica of San Francesco and the city centre. The staff was also really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very rich and really delicious, offering also local products, such as rocciata. The room had a great Assisi vibe: with a wooden ceiling and stone walls, with windows looking on the typical Assisi street.

The isolation is not that great: at night we heard kids from other room making noises (probably through the ventilation in the bathroom, so it was solvable if you close the door). After check out we asked to leave our backpacks in the breakfast area (cause there is no the reception as such), but we could do so only until 1 pm.

Perfect Location

The location was absolutely perfectly right in the middle of the town so we could explore both sides of Assisi. The building was beautiful and so was our room. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Nothing to dislike except the a/c doesn’t come on until June 1st. Our stay was from 5/27 - 5/28, so it was a little warm in the room. One of the reasons I picked the property because in the description it states A/C.

Charming, attractive rooms in the old town of Assisi. All sites and restaurants in walking distance. Good breakfast. Grateful for remote parking and shuttle.

Location is at the convergence of two streets, so there is some night-time street noise, but we still slept well.

Location is great and the room was clean and great for one evening.

It would be very helpful to have better parking instructions and parking location details on the booking and confirmation pages. No “shuttle” was ever offered and could be a challenge if you are carrying large suitcases.

Beautiful hostess welcomed us with generous hospitality. Seriously, the best breakfast offering we had in our month long stay in Italy. The room was small but great for us as a couple. Furnishings were updated, modern and very nice. Location was perfect. We loved our stay.
