Central and nice property, very nice quiet location.

Very central, lovely building and very safe.

Plumbing noises made loud dripping noises, I contact the owner and she allocated me to another room. Everything was nice except for the memory foam mattress, for me it was not comfortable. I wish all hotels were required to supply a really good thick, supportive sprung mattress with toppers. I didn’t sleep well.

A real gem of a hotel with a great restaurant anf fabulous breakfast

A real gem of a hotel in a fabulous location in an amazing old building. Lovely, very helpful staff, and a great restaurant downstairs. Stupendous breakfast, and paradise if you like cake (and great cheese, bread, fruit, salami etc if you want)

76 steps up or 59 steps down to the entrance, not the place to take a wheelie suitcase!

Excellent location and breakfast. We had a lovely terrace.

We had a problem getting our luggage to the hotel which is right in the middle of the traffic restricted old town. There is no parking at the hotel and you cannot easily drive there. After we had booked and paid, we were told that the nearest car park was closed and the next nearest car park was a 15 minute walk up hill. The owner told us by message we could drive there to drop off luggage but the road was closed and we had no directions. Cannot avoid the final staircase of 76 up or 59 down.

Quaint stay in Assisi

Everything. Location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very accomodating. They reached out to me prior to arriving and sent me videos of how to get to the property. Check in was smooth, breakfast was delicious, breakfast host was amazing and we were able to keep our luggage at the property while we went around Assisi after our check out time. A lovely stay, I highly recommend this hotel!
