Perfect location, quiet sleeping

Perfect location, in centre of town, restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Taxi stand, info centre, bus all 50 meters away but still quiet. Best location!

An affordable gem in old Assisi

The room was bigger than I expected and well organized. The bathroom was spacious! The location is in the historic center, so very convenient for exploring Assisi.

The walls were a little thin, so I could hear my neighbors. I had no problem falling asleep, though.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location which was great value for money. The owner was very welcoming and provided a great breakfast buffet.

The wifi was a little intermittent but otherwise everything was excellent.

Sometimes it is the host that makes the difference

This little coasy B&B had all we needed for the 2 nights stay. The room was just great, the location perfect and the host just made it all better. He is a hardworking and very friendly host. He really is taking care of the place in best possible way. We plan coming back with kids and we will for sure try to book this property again.

The lights in the hallway turn off automatically, so watch out, dont fall down the stairs like me (cause I was walking slowly while typing a msg :) )

Good Choice for Assisi

What i liked most was the location, right next to the main Square and near the parking and many other sightseeings. The price was very competitive for one person in small double room, even during the weekend, including a very decent breakfast.

It is wrongly indicated in Booking that there is fridge, small kitchen, coffee machine etc. in the room. The fridge was mini size for 2 bottles of water only and extremely noisy, impossible to use. The rest i suppose are the ones in the breakfast room possibly available to use not only at breakfast time(?) but definitely not in room. The decoration, furniture etc are old, a renovation is needed. Overall i was happy, its generally a good choice.

Breakfast range was very good (although I would have preferred freely flowing coffee in the morning), location more than excellent. The family room was of a very good side, the beds really comfortable, the host keeps the place clean and tidy.

I would have liked to have known beforehand that using the kitchen facilities required a fee (would have been 8 euros for a family of 4) and needed pre-arranging.

-Small hotel, located in an 800-year-old building in the heart of the city, administered by an extremely cute young man --Clean, beautifully decorated room, bathroom with everything needed -does not have a refrigerator but I received a small portable refrigerator, very effective for a few bottles of water (across the street you can find a well-stocked stores with water, food and other necessary products) -the car can be parked in front of the hotel, leave the luggage then goes to a parking lot for which the hotel offers a card and return to the hotel is made quickly, by a tunnel (it seems that it is dug by the Romans) -breakfast is very diverse and is served in an old yard, small and cozy, with a medieval air that makes you stay as long as possible in that place

Excellent location, great host & comfortable stay. Good breakfast which included also eggs, cheese, salami & speck. If you are travelling by bus stop at the last stop at P.Matteotti , cross the zebra cross and go downhill to Alter Ego B & B Assisi Host offered a free shuttle to the airport.

A treat for the taste buds

Oh, that breakfast feast! Everything from fruit tarts to eggs-made-to-order to pears and croissants, all made in-house. You want to keep eating all day. My room was airy and had a wonderful rooftop view, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Highly recommended.
