I will stay there again. Very quiet

The check in process was not the easiest. However the owner was on the phone. He answered the phone and patiently explained. When completed the rest was fine. I appreciated the water in the fridge.

Best location, spacious room, facilities/ameneties too minimal.

Location and room excellent. Bed not optimal, missing basic facilities like tea maker, mugs/cups. Charming property so overall recommended.

Normal towels instead of sheets. Tea maker, coffee maker, some cups - it was a bit too basic.

with communication everything was great at the begginning, they were really helpful. we talked in English, however after a lot of letters, they answered me in italian. i asked them to write me in English as before, and I got this exact message: Do you know how useful Google Translator is? Try it! i was really surprised, i think it is unacceptable to write these kind of things to a guest…if it would not have happen only one day before our arrival, i am sure i would have cancel my reservation….

Tutto perfetto o quasi..

Appartamento in zona centrale vicino a tutto facile da raggiungere e parcheggio auto distante poco metri con costi abbordabili stanza pulita ed accogliente proprietario super gentile e disponibile accesso alle camere elettronicamente con telefono funzionale e sicura super consigliato mi dimenticavo vista eccezionale della città dalla finestra abbastanza grande

La nostra camera aveva box doccia un po' piccolo qualcosa da migliorare ma per il prezzo e funzionalità va bene

Struttura centralissima ad Assisi

Struttura in una posizione centralissima ad Assisi, molto vicina ad un parcheggio a pagamento. Camera molto pulita, con vista sul centro e sulla basilica di San Francesco. La chiave elettronica non ha funzionato subito, ma il proprietario è stato disponibile nell’aiutarci a risolvere il problema e recuperare le chiavi.

Comodo e accogliente

Camera proprio in centro, 10 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio Saba Mojano e a pochi metri dalla fermata dei taxi. Camera con vista su Assisi, molto bella, pulita, letto comodo.

Bagno un po’ piccolo e senza bidet ma per soggiornare poche notti va più che bene😊

La posizione è ottima, centrale e comoda per il parcheggio. Le dimensioni della quadrupla sono davvero generose, pulizia impeccabile e host molto disponibile al telefono

Lontananza dai parcheggi, difficoltà per arrivarci in auto. Troppa tecnologia per l'apertura delle porte per persone poco pratiche con lo smartphone.

A due passi dal Duomo di San Rufino. Camera perfetta

Posizione ottima, perfettamente centrale. La camera, semplice ma accogliente, viene pulita ogni mattina. Molto comodo il servizio di check-in a distanza, inoltre l'accesso alla struttura e alla camera avviene in modo keyless con codici forniti dall'host prima dell'arrivo. Metodo che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo, senza più avere il pensiero delle chiavi. La nostra camera "emerald" godeva di ottima vista.

unica nota è che potrebbe risultare fastidioso l'intrattenimento fino a tarda serata del bar sottostante la camera emerald.

posizione centralissima, camera molto ampia, bagno funzionale. Completa assenza di personale, gestione del check in e delle info da remoto con massima efficienza.

attenzione alle persone con ridotta mobilità, o passeggino, come nel mio caso. Scale ripide e strette per l'ingresso. Necessaria buona dimestichezza con lo smartphone per gestire la chiave elettronica
