Not the best experience I had in assisi but price was decent. the room was small, even the ensuite

Clean convenient and comfortable stay

We stayed in the neighbouring property (same owner) the Hotel La Rocca. Very nice clean property and well appointed rooms in an old part of town. Easy to get to pay parking with a rented car with only a couple of tight turns and a very narrow street on exit.

Location was fine, close to churches, museums, etc. It was accessible with car and had a parking very close by.

Hotel was outdated. Amenities in the bathroom were not functioning well and the shower got flooded. The room door would not close properly and the key was broken. The staff was almost inexistent or absent for the most part and had to wait several minutes before the receptionist came to assist us.

Great for a short stay!

I loved that the hotel was so close to everything. The air-con was very efficient. And the staff let us in even though it was 3am as our plane was diverted and we ended coming very late.

The noise of people talking in the corridor travelled inside the room, so we ended up being woken up a few times each night as people staying in the hotel had no regard for others.

Well located, new and clean, with airconditionerx. Eat the pizza next door :)

The shower is a cubicle, it was impossible to give a shower to my baby son :( the air comditioner didnt want to turn on during the night… after it did

We only needed one night stay so it did the job The location is fantastic

The fact that there was no kettle or anything like that so if you wanted to make a hot drink you can't. Also the pillows were stiff and not comfortable at all.

The room and the bathroom were immaculate. The hotel is in a caratheristic building, just in the heart of the hystorical centre

Breakfast wast OK, but bit scarce. The advert mentioned a free off-site parking nearby but we were addressed to a paid one.

Pleasant stay

Hotel located in central Assisi near shops and restaurants. Large room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Short distance from Piazza Matteotti and bus stop

Hotel was good and staff was friendly. Breakfast had a fair range of choice.

Other guests was really noisy. Some poeple was just shouting in the middle of the night waking everybody up.

Good location and facilities

This property seems to care more about occupancy levels and not the occupants. On the first night of our three night stay, the place had 10 - 20 high school age kids there. This group had little supervision and with no hotel staff on site, the noise and partying continued until 3:00 AM. This was my worst hotel experience in my travels all over Europe!

This hotel is located in the historic centre. The staff are polite and helpful. Some staff speak good English. They will give you a discount voucher for overnight parking. The bedroom & bathroom are spacious and spotlessly clean. The shower has a lovely flow of hot water. The bed & pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is superb consisting of cereals, yoghurt, fresh croissants, jams, ham & cheese, fresh cake & pastries, tea & coffee machine.

Great location and value for money. Breakfast included which was lovely. Nice and clean, and quiet.

Excellent stay in Assisi, the hotel room was beautiful with a lovely view and comfortable bed. Every where is hills in Assisi, this hotel is perfectly located just up from the main piazza and a short distance to St Claire and St Francis. My next trip to Assisi I will book San Rufino
