Mirror in living area and the mirror in the bathroom is tarnished which made it harder to put in contacts. Lie chair was really short to get up and down out of. Would have liked a small table to write on

Exceptional

Assisi has to be one of our favourite locations in Italy. Not on the radar of many, but drop-dead gorgeous town with a great vibe. Without really knowing while booking, we reached there on the last day of the annual Calendemaggio Assisi festival. Take note, the town comes to a grinding halt. Or more like, the town is fully buzzing during those 4 days. We loved it. Residenza Corte d’Assisi B&B characteristically symbolizes Assisi. Pink-Brown toned stone structure with pretty flowers, courtyard and cobbled paths all around. The Loft is tastefully designed with required amenities. The breakfast which is inside a dining area adjacent to the loft is quite adequate with coffee, tea, juice, croissants, fresh pies and a beautiful setting. Though we were in constant touch with Daniela on the phone – we never met her. The other, very hospitable lady (wish I had got her name) took good care of us during breakfast and called us a cab to go to the HERMITAGE and was very warm and friendly. Daniella’s restaurant suggestions were top class – and they were all so close to the B&B. Matter of fact, the B&Bs location was a huge plus – close to bus stop Piazza Matteoti and very close to Piazza del Commune which is the midpoint of Assisi. And being a small place, close to almost every church. There’s no doubt that we’ll be back in Assisi and to the B&B as 2 days didn’t do justice.

A very sweet and peaceful retreat, especially for travellers looking for a space to relax and unwind between sightseeing

The extra space in the sitting room was a nice change from most small hotel and guest rooms. it made the room a lovely restful retreat between activities. The staff were very attentive and kind also.

No wifi and unreliable hot water made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.

A peaceful haven in a serene setting

What a surprise it was to enter the loft of the Residenza La Corte Assisi. A spacious and beautiful room, with rustic ancient walls. I loved the fact there was no television..... it gave me an opportunity to spend my time in Assisi in quiet contemplation. A typical Italian breakfast was served by Venantina, who could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

One relatively minor thing comes to mind. While it was obvious that a lot of thought had gone into designing the room, it was a little dark, especially as I could not seem to get the kitchen downlights to work. Atmospheric but not bright enough to prepare food, read maps etc. Perhaps a dimmer could be installed for the light above the dining room table.

I had booked for a long period of 10 days. So considering my request for use of kitchen, the owner Ms Daniella upgraded me to a bigger room with a seperate kitchen called the loft which made my stay very comfortable and easy. She is very understanding and adjusting. I will definitely stay with her again in my next visit to Assisi.

Can’t wait to be back

Daniela, the host, is just so helpful, welcoming and discreet helping in all ways she can and so are her collaborators. The hospitality is high standard, simple but refined in an old restored family house with modern services like the much appreciated air conditioning. The room was big, spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated in rustic/chic style, providing plenty of space for work too. Breakfast is deliciously home-made. Loved the concept of a shared table to meet other guests in the morning and exchange greetings in all languages. The location in Assisi is perfect: you can reach anywhere in town in a few minutes walk. The stay at Residenza was simply perfect and it was hard to leave.

Nothing: I hope to be able to be back regularly and I highly recommend it.

Magico soggiorno

Abbiamo appena trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso l' incantevole "Residenza la Corte di Assisi" che merita di essere lodato. L'abitazione è semplicemente splendida, con camere arredate con gusto e dotate di ogni comfort. La pulizia è impeccabile, un aspetto fondamentale che rende l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Ma ciò che ha veramente reso il nostro soggiorno speciale è stata la calda ospitalità di Daniela, la signora che gestisce il B&B. La sua gentilezza e disponibilità sono state eccezionali; ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa, offrendo consigli sui luoghi da visitare e assicurandosi che non ci mancasse nulla. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque cerchi un rifugio accogliente e un servizio impeccabile. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Come a casa

La struttura è molto carina, arredata con un gusto particolare e nel pieno centro di Assisi, ma a 5 minuti da un grande parcheggio. Lo staff si è dimostrato davvero molto accogliente e disponibile ed è stata una degli aspetti più piacevoli del soggiorno. La colazione era molto buona e la sala in cui veniva preparata ti fa sentire quasi a casa!

Unica piccola nota negativa: dalla mattina presto ci sono diversi colombi che si appollaiano nel cortile interno e si viene svegliati dal loro tubare.

Quarto espaçoso, limpo, banheiro bom e ótima localização. Daniella me recebeu com muito carinho e atenção e me deu dicas do que visitar. Cafe da manha ótimo, feito por ela.

1. La carta igienica tenuta sul lavabo del bagno sopra ad un piattino, che si bagna ogni volta che ti lavi le mani. 2. Non era presente uno specchio a figura intera. 3. Il lenzuolo ad angoli era un po' bucato. 4. Non era presente un piccolo frigo in camera, che sarebbe stato molto utile. 5. In bagno non sono presenti punti di appoggio per prodotti o cose del genere, un po' scomodo. 6. Le pulizie in quanto fatte in buona fede, nonostante avessimo chiesto di non farle, sono state fatte. Il problema maggiore è stata la chiave dimenticata all esterno. Quindi noi tornando abbiamo trovato la camera aperta, e chiunque sarebbe potuto entrare. La proprietaria si è scusata ma comunque è stato sgradevole.

Un’esperienza fantastica! Daniela , la proprietaria e’stata attenta ad ogni mia esigenza, mi ha consigliato luoghi da visitare, cordiale e gentilissima! La posizione centrale del b and b ha reso tutti gli spostamenti agevoli! Avevo vicino tutte le attrazioni di Assisi! Pulizia e camera con arredo curato nel dettaglio! Ci ritornerò con piacere!
