Nice and cute Room in the heart of Assisi. The location couldn’t be better and the Hosts were really helpful and friendly. It’s a gift!

Sorry but for my experience I don’t recommend

Location , comfortable bed and pillows

Not sure where I can start I have very different opinions but I decided to write my experience ! I stayed for 3 nights with my friend after reading very good reviews my expectation was high and it’s rated 4 stars but what we got it’s totally different story -firstly its no cleaning or towel change for all 3 nights , we got water for first 2 days , toiletries just small porches for one time to use , for all period of stay we got 2 rolls toilet paper and 2 coffee pads , rubbish stayed in room for all period because bins not emptied ! Air conditioning was very loud and keep turning off and on all night long so we didn’t have very good night sleep even ! I believe people who left so good reviews probably stayed just 1 night or we just treated different way not sure why ! Definitely not returning!

The BEST and MOST COMFORTABLE place to stay in Assisi

First of all the host Christiana is so wonderful! She communicate the how to get to the location pf the accomodation and personally helped me checkin to my room very conveniently! The rooms smelled and look so clean and fresh. The bed is so comfortable and there are 2 wonderful window with such a nice view! So many compliments available in the room such thoughful touches like: Bottled water: Free sparkling and still water, coffee pods, bedroom slippers a thoughtful keychain, some candies, map for the area to easily explore, fresh towels and even in the toilet there is a bar soap, packed liquid shampoo and body wash and even feminine wash. We are really made comfortable and I trully appreciate it! And the locations is so close to the bus stop literally 2min walk and all the shops are so close to walk to also! The location is unbeatable! I wish I booked more than 2 nights, I will for sure come back!

Comfortable, quiet, clean, and well located!

The communication with Cristina and Carolina was very smooth. They were always responsive and friendly. The room is very comfortable for two people. Everything was clean and tidy. Check-in and check out were smooth too. We could leave our suitcase with them after the checkout. What I loved specially was how silent the room was. So many of these buildings have paper thin walls, but we couldn’t hear a thing from other guests. The location was very convenient too - close to some of the main churches in Assisi, nice restaurants and bars, and the main bus stop. I would absolutely recommend and return whenever I have the opportunity.

Tutto. Posizione centrale in piazza Rufino con affaccio sulla cattedrale. Pulitissimo. Letto comodo,buon materasso. Cialde x caffè e thè. Consigliato anche rapporto prezzo.

Consigliamo di mettere dei ganci in bagno x gli asciugami. Ma è una sottigliezza ma nn sapere dove metterli è un po' scomodo.

La struttura era in un ottima posizione, vicinissima anche al parcheggio a pagamento Matteotti. Carolina e Cristiana sono state gentilissime e sempre molto disponibili.

Un luogo silenzioso che ti accoglie con semplicità, come il resto della cittadina

L'alloggio è molto semplice, pulito e a conduzione familiare. E' centralissimo nel centro antico di Assisi e la fermata del bus per andare verso la stazione e la parte nuova, unica animata la sera della cittadina, è vicinissimo.

le indicazioni per individuare prima il palazzo e poi la struttura. Qualche indicazione iniziale sul riscaldamento sarebbe utile, perché la stanza è molto calda.

Struttura nuova e bellissima dotata di ogni comfort, letto comodissimo, l host molto gentile e sempre a disposizione. Ubicata in pieno centro, a due passi dal parcheggio, proprio in piazza del duomo.

Collocato in una piazza bellissima, letto molto comodo, doccia spettacolare. Staff gentilissimo.

Le luci della stanza, non dimmerabili e che si accendono tutte insieme. Le Abat-jour purtroppo non surrogano, essendo troppo fioche.

La posizione della struttura è fantastica, si affaccia sulla piazza della chiesa di S. Rufino. Il personale è molto accogliente e la struttura è curata e pulita.

Consigliatissimo

Struttura consigliatissima per chi voglia trascorrere dei giorni ad Assisi usufruendo di una posizione centrale. Oltre alla cortesia e disponibilità del personale, la pulizia della camera e soprattutto del bagno è impeccabile.

Magico Natale nel cuore di Assisi

L'ubicazione, vicina al parcheggio, quindi facilmente raggiungibile. Inoltre si è a pochi passi dal Piazza del Municipio e quindi non distante dalla Basilica. La signora è stata gentilissima. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziarla e per scusarmi per l'arrivo oltre le 22.

La stanza era molto carina e accogliente ma un po piccola e non proprio confortevole. Però si affaccia su San Rufino e quindi è più facile superare l'aspetto negativo. Certo non sarebbe semplice soggiornarci a lungo.

Soluzione piacevole ad Assisi

La stanza: il letto è comodissimo, il termoarredo in bagno si può accendere e spegnere (ottimo per asciugare gli asciugamani in inverno), riscaldamento facilmente modulabile, acqua a disposizione nel frigobar, bagno piccolo ma molto pulito come tutto il resto. La posizione: a pochi metri dalla cattedrale di San Rufino e a brevissima distanza dal parcheggio Matteotti. La proprietaria: gentilissima e prontamente disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.

Stanza calda ed accogliente In centro ad Assisi in piazza san Rufino, a 100 metri dal parcheggio Matteotti. Ottima la Assisi card per la convenzione con il parcheggio. Il frigo in camera e tutto quello che serve per il bagno. Molto gentili le host ci torneremo sicuramente

Excelente ubicación. Impecable la habitación. Muy buena la atención de sus dueñas. Algo a destacar, que no se encuentra en otros alojamientos, es el calefactor de toallas.

Lo único que nos resultó complicado, fue ingresar la clave o código para obtener la llave de la habitación.

Habitación muy buen situada, cómoda, Carolina muy atenta y pendiente de nosotras para darnos las mejores indicaciones sobre los lugares para comer. Fuimos en época fría y el cuarto con muy buena calefacción igualmente el baño. Con maquina de café y detalles en la habitación.

Gostamos de tudo, principalmente de toda a prestatividade e simpatia da Carolina, um anjo que Deus colocou para atender a mim e minha esposa nesse lugar tão abençoado, que nos recebeu muito bem e ajudou em tudo que precisamos, a localização também é perfeita, que lugar fantástico, infelizmente tínhamos outros compromissos e não pudemos passar mais tempo...

Absolutamente nada a reclamar... Tudo foi ótimo.
