I very much recommend it

Great location. Comfortable room with natural light. The staff was a very kind man who took me in his car to the free parking space so that I could leave my car in a free and safe place. Considering that streets in Assisi are narrow and most parking places are only for residents... as a tourist, I appreciated this.

Charming, well located and gentle hosting...

Our host was very friendly and provided fresh water every day, good recommendations for our trip that expanded our experience and all in all was a gentle and very helpful man. We stayed 9 days. The room had extra height with a stair to extra beds - this took some of the heat from the lower part. The local cafe at the root of our building appeared to be a really good and particularly early coffee place... The best pizza we came across was "Il Menestrello"... outstanding.

The shower was exceptionally small but it was clean.

Amazing

Everything was very clean and I could tell it takes a lot of effort to fold everything, it almost looked like it was ironed too, that’s how neat and organized it was. It was also a very pretty location. The owner was great and I really do regret forgetting to pay him the local tax

A special place in Assisi

The room was rustic, has a classic Assisi window and view! There was a single bed and bathroom on the first level and it had a spiral stairs to the attic which had a double bed. I liked the wooden flooring and clean bathroom which always smelled good. The owner was kind and helpful to help me with the luggage up 3 storeys!

I consider the hotel to be on the fringe of the main street, so it was loud on weekend nights with people drinking and talking loudly!

Very kind host! The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The place itself was very near the important places, so we found it very convenient. There were also really great restaurants just within 5 minutes walking distance.

This apartement was in the city center so you can see from the window historical monuments cos everything was so close. The owner was an incredible and helpful man. We would like to come again for more days. I recommend it without exceptions.

Il signor Carli strepitoso! Rende il soggiorno perfetto! È attento a tutto e la sua disponibilità non ha prezzo! La stanza, piccina, perché quella prenotata ha avuto un problema di riscaldamento. Ma funzionale e calda. Posizione ottimale.

Purtroppo le scale! Non c'è l' ascensore, ma comprendo anche che in un palazzo storico come questo al centro di Assisi, inserire un ascensore sarebbe un deturparne la bellezza!

Camera molto spaziosa, proprietario davvero gentile, letto comodo e bel panorama. Abbiamo trovato anche delle bottigliette di acqua in camera: omaggio molto gradito.

Camera spaziosa, calda e comoda alla città. Letto e cuscini in ottimo stato, confortevoli, morbidi! Bagno fornito di tutto il necessario e doccia di dimensioni medie. Zona silenziosa, con un bar e una pizzeria difianco, a pochi minuti dalla piazza del comune. Sig. Carli gentilissimo, ci ha accompagnato alla macchina che avevamo lasciato distante.

Mon séjour s'est très bien déroulé et sous un magnifique soleil.

J'ignore si le petit déjeuner était servi. J'avais réservé une chambre. J'avais un bon lit et une magnifique salle de bains toute en blancheur. Avec les trois heures 28 minutes de retard des trains, je suis arrivée à la gare d'Assise à 23h28 au lieu de 20h00. Heureusement que le dernier bus était à quai car le trajet est très long pour remonter. Je suis tombée sur une équipe d'italiens s'exprimant en français qui m'ont aidée à trouver l'hébergement. L'hôte a répondu au premier coup de sonnette. Homme charmant, d'une grande gentillesse, d'une grande amabilité, très serviable et très attentionné. Son bâtiment est magnifique. Tout mon séjour s'est déroulé sous un magnifique soleil. Et dans la ville, les gens sont très calmes et très courtois. Police et carabinieri circulent. Vaut mieux circuler en tennis étant donné que les routes montent et descendent. J'avais signalé mon adresse mail personnelle, ce qui fait que m'ayant contacté sur ma boite professionnelle en raison de mon retard, je n'ai pas pu voir les mails.

Dans la ville, il manque des panneaux directionnels pour indiquer les hébergements. Mais peut-être est-ce une façon de ne pas surcharger ou dénaturer une ville ancienne toute en beauté.
