Great modenr and clean apartment close to everything!

The apartment was immaculate. It was very easy to find and fairly well located. There was espresso and Biscot cookies upon arrival. For a small fee you can have room cleaned daily like a hotel. The layout was great and lots of space for a couple. Nice views off the balcony but cannot see the countryside due to other buildings in the way. Full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, cups, etc. Not that we cooked in but you could easily have a chef over.

At several times during the day a local dog would bark continuously for 15 minutes straight. We expected lots of steps in Assisi but be warned carrying luggage there are a lot of steps or hills to the apartment. Not a negative just worth noting. No laundry facilities. We did 14 days in Roma first and would have loved a washer. Again not really a negative just worth noting. Most won't need to do laundry. The thermostat was what I disliked. It took me time to figure out how to set the temperature and no instructions. Again not really a negative. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great host and property. I would recommend100%!

We stayed in a single unit. Good location and very clean. Nice bathroom. The AC worked great. The host is super responsive. We rented this last minute and it was available within in a half hour!

The only item we found strange was there was no blanket on the bed, a just a sheet. I am sure we could have received one if we asked, but we managed without it.

Would recommend to anyone visiting Assisi.

Location was wonderful and great. We were provided a video of how to find the location, which worked extremely well for us. We were there for a small wedding, so the wedding guests took 3 of the 4 suites. The Air conditioner was not working initially but the management responded very quickly to get it working.

Quite by accident we saw the celebration of spring.

The property was extremely modern & comfortable in a setting more than a thousand years older. The manager & support personnel could not have been nicer. We felt welcome.

Top Lage, mitten im historischen Zentrum. Man hatte zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kurze Wege. Tolle Restaurants drumherum.

Kein Geschirrtuch zum abtrocknen und der Kontakt, mit dem wir vorab kommuniziert haben, hätte etwas Gastfreundlicher agieren können.

Assisi was een heerlijke stad , maar ons verblijf viel tegen

De accomodatie lag midden in het stadje .

De communicatie met de hostess was slecht . Schoonmaak was mogelijk . Was wel en dan weer niet gratis . In het appartement zijn 4 accomodaties . 3 eenvoudige donkere souterrain kamers en 1 schitterend appartement. Er stond een foto van het mooie appartement bij de kamer die wij hadden geboekt , maar dat klopte niet . Dat viel erg tegen . We verwachtte een appartement zoals op de foto stond bij onze boeking . Alle communicatie verliep via what’s app . We hebben de hostess niet gezien , terwijl we er 6 dagen waren . Koffieapparaat en koelkast deden het niet . ( op andere reviews was dat ook al ) kamer was donker en er was geen zitje of tafel , terwijl er ruimte genoeg was .

Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso, praticamente una favola di Natale.

La posizione è eccezionale: in centro storico, vicini a parcheggio pubblico. L'assistenza da parte dello staff è precisa, attenta, cortese e sempre disponibile. Bella la struttura. Ci torneremo.
