Very nice and quaint place to stay!

My room was very nice and very clean! I did not arrive until 2:00 AM, and the keys to enter were in a lockbox on the door. I asked my contact if I could please have a later check out since I needed some sleep. He agreed and allowed me to stay much later. When he arrived, I paid for my room and he told me I could stay for as long as I wanted. I was so very happy and grateful!

There was no air conditioning, and I had a very hard time finding the place. The Police helped me find it. I walked all of the way up the wrong hill with my very heavy luggage and I had to come back down. When I went up the other hill, I went all of the way to the top, and I went entirely too high up and had to come back down again. Fortunately the Police were able to find the place for me. Better directions would be very helpful.

Lovely place in a great location.

The three-bed room had a really nice view of the church across the building. It also stayed lovely and cool on the rather hot day we were there (thick walls do help), and was easy to air. Nice & quiet too, with just friendly chatter of passers-by on the street (with open windows).

Very good! Perfect!

The location was perfect, almost in the centre. The room was exactly what we were expecting and had all what we needed and was cleaned up every day, excellent! We asked the property for a refrigerator, as we bought tartufo, salame, cheese and in a few minutes they provided it, that was really appreciated! If you have to stay in Assisi for just a few days, this is a good solution and we really recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was perfect, also the weather was fantastic during those days, so there wasn't any negative aspect at all!

Good location up on the hill

The location is good and the room was spacious enough. My room didn't have a view, but the hotel is located in a convenient place (it is quite up on the hill).

The water pressure of the shower was a bit weak. The hotel is high on the hill, so it would be a bit hard if you have lots of or big luggage.

Simple, fuss-free stay. Would return when coming back to Assisi.

Great location, directly opposite San Rufino. Just a 20 minutes walk to Santa Chiara and San Frencesco. The host is responsive and easy to contact. During my stay on the first night, the heater was not working but the next morning, Daniele the owner helped to check and fix it and it worked the next morning.

The walls are thin and you can hear the other guests and the people passing below.

Pleasant stay i an wonderful place !

The property is nice Italian building that gives the place a sense of been in an Italian movie kind of magic one specially when the church bella begin to sound in the morning ! The bathroom has a little curtain shower that helps to avoid a big mess . Everything was clean and nice . Even though there is no air conditioning the room was always fresh and the fan also helped a lot ! The location is amazing there are lots of cafes and cute shops around !

Nice and relaxing stay

The location was perfect. Right outside was a very good breakfast place/bar. It was also right in front of the San Rufino church. A few steps further were several amazing restaurants. Located in the heart of Assisi. The host was also very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Towels were thin but were changed everyday so it was fine. But other than that, everything was good.

Central position but you can hear everything through the walls

Good central position and helpful staff

The size of the room was fair but no wardrobe. Bathroom a bit basic with no shower pan therefore it’s a mess when you shower. The worst thing is that you can hear every single sound and word from next door. Walls are basically not soundproof at all.

Great location, view, nice room.. there is a place to park bycicles inside. Basically everything good.

A bit difficult to find the first time, but it takes 5 more minutes in the end to see the right door bell.

Spectacular view of the cathedral outside! Beds were very comfortable and room was well sized. Daniele was very accommodating with our arrival and upon arrival was happy to tell us about the city and where the locals would be!

Shower was not closed off in bathroom, so when a person had a shower the water went all over the bathroom floor.

Sicuramente la posizione dal centro. La stanza era Pulita e abbastanza silenziosa. Arredata con semplicità ma funzionale. Ideale per un soggiorno breve!

Da rivedere il bagno.. decisamente piccolino e la doccia praticamente inutilizzabile.

Frente a San Rufino

La estadía en Arco del Vento fue muy grata. Daniel, quien nos atendió, fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente: a unos 50 metros de la Catedral de San Rufino, Catedral de Asís; a solo 30 metros de una callejuela llena de tiendas, restaurantes y todo lo necesario; y aproximadamente a 200 metros de la plaza principal de la ciudad. La habitación se encuentra en un segundo piso, dentro de un departamento, con acceso tanto a la habitación como al baño privado. Fue una experiencia agradable y muy recomendable.

Ótimo custo beneficio

Ótima localização. Muito próximo do estacionamento (150m) o que influencia bastante. Muito próximo da catedral de são Rufino e da praça comune. Onde pra mim é a melhor parte de Assis. Se você está buscando algo próximo da região da Basilica de São Francisco, terá que andar um pouco, mas não era meu caso. Acomodaão muito limpa, quarto espaçoso, checkin e checkout fáceis. Anfitrião responde na hora o WhatsApp.

Não que eu não tenha gostado, mas o chuveiro não tem separação do resto do banheiro então as vezes pode ficar uma certa bagunça no banheiro, mas para mim, nada demais. Só um ponto que quem for se hospedar tem que se atentar
