This was a lovely place to stay in Assisi. It was a clean and simple room, along with breakfast provided. The staff was kind and diligent. Its location is perfect as well. Would very much recommend!

Very beautiful building and the staff was very nice. Only complaint is the hotel said there would be a fan and there was no fan in our room and no one answered the number for assistance after 3 pm

Wasn’t the easiest place to find so we had to call to find it. Our Lavender Room has mould in the corners of the ceiling. The bathroom was a washroom so everything got wet when you had a shower. The good part was free use of the breakfast room and the location was top notch.

I like this property because of the history. It is simple and basic. It is very unique. Stefano, the owner is very helpful. Jenny who care for us every morning is super nice too. We walked everywhere ... to Mass, to eat, to shop, to sight see.

The staff was very helpful. The room looked right out onto the cobblestone, narrow street. We were invited to enjoy a room at the top of the building to look out over the city. The bathroom was a bit unexpected, as the shower was not separated from the rest of the room, resulting in a very wet room after using the shower.

Excellent host, great spot, lovely breakfast, complimentary tea in the afternoon. Historic building, though not a fan of the shower. We enjoyed our 3 nights and would return.
