Ideal location for anyone wishing to explore Assisi! Daniele, the host, is very helpful and was super responsive our entire stay. The apartment is small but has everything you need and that balcony is amazing!

The room was simple but it was a real privilege to have our own little garden, with a lovely view.

It is very conveniently situated close to the main street, but very quiet. We loved the garden with its table and chairs, and shady pergola. We would happily come again.

It would have been better to have had more crockery, i.e. glasses and mugs, and metal cutlery - luckily we had brought our own

When I booked I thought the little garden was a shared space, but it turned out to be private! We could simply open the door and let our dog out to do her business. Very good communication with the host Daniele.

The room is a bit small, but considering its central location and dogfriendly policy, it's acceptable.

Perfect and relaxing stay in Assisi

I really enjoyed my stay in this room, the view is amazing and it is very peaceful. The room is comfortable and clean.The host is super nice and accommodating. It is absolutely gorgeous to watch the sunset from the garden. I would highly recommend it.

lovely quiet room with spacious garden

it is really beautiful place! it looks just like the photos. the private garden is definitely peaceful and beautiful. just a few steps from one of the basilica to watch the most beautiful sunset over Assisi! very quiet. hot water last long, have hair dryer and even multiple body wash choices. water kettle and the fridge is definitely a bonus feature! very easy to find the place. Daniele is very accommodating and he helped me fix the heater when it doesn’t work, although one night it didn’t work, there are some extra blankets available, and I believe he has already got it fixed. highly recommend and will come back again next time in Assisi

SOGGIORNO GRADEVOLE MA L'APT DA 4 PERSONE NON COMPRENDE LA TERRAZZA (esterna e poco godibile)

la location, alcuni dettagli dell'appartamento che lo rendono prezioso come il soffitto di ingresso e la sua grandezza , la disponibilità dello staff

nelle foto non si comprende minimamente che la terrazza da cui l'appartamento prende il nome NON FA PARTE dell'appartamento comprensivo delle 2 camere da letto ma di fatto di un altro appartamento (per 2 persone e non per 4 come il nostro). 32 foto su 38 dell'appartamento ammiccano ad un terrazzo esterno come parte della casa che invece non ne fa parte. L'equivoco è evidente e chi mette in affitto la struttura dovrebbe chiarirlo cambiando il nome o chiarendo molto bene questa cosa nelle foto ma anche nelle descrizioni

Il soggiorno presso l’appartamento “Terrazza Santa Chiara” è stato purtroppo deludente sotto il profilo della pulizia. I sanitari, in particolare il WC, presentavano evidenti macchie di calcare e incrostazioni vecchie, segno di una pulizia superficiale. Anche i cuscini erano sporchi, sebbene vada riconosciuto che lenzuola e federe risultavano pulite. La cucina è poco attrezzata e non particolarmente funzionale per chi desidera preparare i pasti in autonomia. È un peccato, perché la posizione è davvero ottima e il proprietario si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia, gli standard di pulizia sono decisamente da rivedere per rendere l’alloggio all’altezza del contesto e del prezzo richiesto.

Localização EXCELENTE, perto de uma das entradas da cidade e muito muito perto da Igreja de Santa Clara. Acomodação muito confortável, possui uma aérea externa com vista para a Igreja de Santa Clara. Daniele nos recebeu muito bem.

Fantastyczne miejsce

Fantastyczne miejsce , niezwykłe położenie z zielonym ogródkiem /tarasem z którego .rozciąga się niesamowity widok na Bazylikę Świętej Klary . Z okna pokoju również widzisz wieżę bazyliki. Położenie pokoju blisko centrum -blisko do Świętej Klary, św Rufina, Piazza del Comune -jednym słowem położenie wspaniałe ! Poza tym Daniel jest super gospodarzem - szybki kontakt, bardzo pomocny i w słuchany w potrzeby gościa. Radością było mieszkanie u niego , wrócimy tu na pewno :)
