Our 2 nights in La Viola was memorable and should we have opportunity to come to Assisi again, we will for sure stay in

La Viola is above our expectation…. It’s super !The place is homy, very clean and tidy, and for sure beautiful. The view from our window is also captivating, since the premises is located in the heart of the heritage centre of Assisi. The Basilica of St Clare is just 3-5 minutes walk. Good restaurant, supermarket and souvenir shops also within walking distance. In short, the location is very convenient to us. The host, Manuela is attentive and ready to help us when we need any information about Assisi. She is knowledgeable, kind and accommodative.

Great location. Just away enough from the crowds but yet within walking distance to everything. Manuela, the hostess, was just delightful and so helpful. She was a joy and available anytime to accommodate any need.Brava!

A beautiful setting, close to parking, spotlessly clean and well presented. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. Good bathroom, tea and coffee provided, Wi-Fi, lots of towels, etc.

There’s nothing to complain about, but the sloping ceiling in our room could be difficult to manoeuvre around in the dark. Apart from that we enjoyed the quirky nature of the room, with its floor level windows and amazing views out of each one.

This is a wonderful place to come home after walking the hills of Assisi

The beds were high quality, I had better sleep than in the other beds I experienced in Italy. The room and attached common space was with top quality materials and decorated in a warm and pleasing way. Our host was dedicated to our needs and helpful with questions. The location is high in the town, on a quiet mostly pedestrian lane, so there's no noise from outside. We appreciated the quality and thought put into the construction. This is a small B&B without the feeling of a building, it was remodeled, from, and is attached to a large house where the host lives, so this is just a portion of the house, and I believe it was created this way in 2016...so the surfaces are pretty new.

There is only one set of interior stairs and the rail is a bit wide for my smallish hands

Super location! in the heart of Assisi, the breathtaking view and the quietness of the surrounding create a perfect atmosphere to regenerate and relax! The owner is very sweet , helpful and kind. The breakfast was super good, the room sparkling clean and beds very comfortable. Definitely recommended if you are looking on a great stay experience in Assisi!

Propietaria anuló la reserva a 1 hora de llegar al establecimiento. Lamentable comportamiento.

Realizamos una reserva a través de la plataforma donde figuraba claramente la opción de 2 adultos, 4 niños y una mascota, con la posibilidad de añadir camas supletorias por un importe de 27 €, opción que fue determinante para confirmar la reserva. Tras realizarla, la propietaria comenzó a escribirnos de manera insistente y agobiante, indicando que no existe la posibilidad de camas supletorias y que debemos alquilar una segunda habitación, la cual exige que sea pagada en efectivo a la llegada, algo que no figuraba en ningún momento en la información publicada. Asimismo, aunque el alojamiento indica que acepta mascotas, la propietaria nos ha enviado numerosas normas adicionales relacionadas con el perro, con un tono poco conciliador y sin que dichas condiciones estuvieran claramente especificadas previamente. A una hora de la llegada, continúa escribiéndonos indicando que, si no aceptamos todas estas condiciones nuevas, nos quedaríamos sin alojamiento, lo cual consideramos una situación de presión indebida y totalmente inapropiada, especialmente tratándose de una reserva confirmada. Solicitamos que se revise esta situación, ya que las condiciones comunicadas por la propietaria no coinciden con lo ofertado en la plataforma, y se nos está exigiendo un pago adicional en efectivo y el cumplimiento de normas no informadas previamente.

Ottima accoglienza presso la struttura, la cui posizione è centrale e molto comoda per visitare il centro storico di Assisi. Camera confortevole e pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario. Personale gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole: la camera era accogliente, pulitissima e funzionale, curata nei dettagli e perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per Assisi. La posizione è tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per chi cerca un po’ di pace pur restando a pochi minuti dal centro storico e dalle principali attrazioni. Un grazie speciale alla proprietaria, sempre gentile e molto disponibile, pronta a dare consigli utili. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Lo consigliamo senza esitazioni e speriamo di tornare presto!

Linda habitación con vista a Santa Clara

Las vista desde la habitación. Una parte del techo tenía una puerta corrediza, x donde entraba luz y justo nos tocó lluvia y vimos como caía el agua. Tenía frigobar, menaje para desayuno, tostadas, cafetera. Aire acondicionado.

No es apto para personas mayores que tienen oca movilidad ya que hay que subir escaleras.

Emplacement parfait, facile d'accès. La chambre est belle, Nous avons spacieuse et très agréable. La salle de bain est très bien. Théière et cafetière dans la chambre ainsi que des biscottes.

Un delizioso B&B sui tetti di Assisi

Un delizioso B&B tra i tetti di Assisi. Camere arredate con un gusto unico, (molto più belle di quanto appaiono in foto) poste su una mansarda le cui finestre incorniciano la chiesa di Santa Chiara. La zone è molto tranquilla e silenziosa e comodamente raggiungibile dal parcheggio Matteotti per chi come noi ha viaggiato in auto. Uscendo da La Viola sei subito in centro e puoi goderti Assisi e le sue meraviglie in totale tranquillità. Manuela è stata una host davvero gentile e disponibile
