Wonderful!

The location was great! Easy to get to from the bus. It was lovely to walk out the door and see Santa Chiara at the end of the street. Would absolutely stay here again!

The bed was a little hard for me, but that’s a matter of personal taste. It was a great place!

Typical, original and genuine… the owner as the property

The owner is a really nice person. The room was simple but welcoming and clean. The owner has also a mini market very close to the apartment and you can buy original and high quality groceries.

Laction is amazing: very closed to the center of Assisi. The apartment at floor -1 was super nice and the kitchen amazing, even if the forniture a bit old.

The rooms at 2nd floor were not as good as the apartment, Also the bathrooms were small in size and a bit old.

cozy little room in beautiful old building

Cozy, little room with on-suite bathroom. Large, well equipped common kitchen for all guests at ground level. Beautiful little "terrazza" at top of the building, also accessible to everybody.

The front door of the room has a large glass windows. Although there is a curtain, when there's difference of lighting, the people on the darker side can see through. No air conditioning in the building.

We arrived to the appartment but it smell musty, I have found bug in bed ( foto attached ) and the address does not match with the confirmation address as per photos attached. We booked the apartment for 2 night but we stayed only 1 night. I registred also the conversation with the owner. He was very rude. I don t reccomand this appartment.

Superb

Its in the center of Assisi and has a super great view from the window where I mean stayed at. The whole building was clean including the my room, it was simple but it also showed the hospitality of the owner. The big terrace gave me the tranquility and countryside ambience. The tower bell woke me up and I got great rest from the long traveling tiredness.

The shower was super tiny and WiFi wasn't access to some places on the second floor,like my room.

A home from home

The owner was so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was an added bonus. Also, it was so near St. Clare's Basilica.

I had a good time during my stay in this home. The single room is simple and cosy, very comfortable that with a private shower and wc. The heater is on and it's very warm in the room.

It's a bit pity that there's no kettle to make a cup of tea, but it's just for me.

Exceptional

Everything about the place was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Kitchen available. Terrace available with fantastic views of the city and valley. Within walking distance of the entire city and easy access to hiking outside of the city. Easy walking distance to buses and taxis. Owner/Manager is very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Too many stairs

This is right by the Basilica of Clare, very central, but on a quiet street. The room is tiny, but also inexpensive, the shower and facilities were adequate. The check in, collecting the keys from a guy in a shop, was very smooth, and he was very friendly.

On Booking.com it says "entire unit is on the ground floor" which is just a lie. My room was up 17 extremely big stairs, which severely limited my ability to do anything else in my day. You need a category that's honest about stairs and not deceptive like this. For an able bodied person, or two, this would be a great room, for me it was horrible. One day it got cold and I couldn't just go back for a sweater, once I went back I was trapped by the stairs. Assisi is very steep and full of (mostly avoidable) stairs anyway, having them in the hotel too just slew me.

Beautiful location and generous host!

The location was exceptional. The property is just steps away from the Basilica of St. Clare and very close to the center of the charming town of Assisi. The beds are comfortable. The host is very kind. We especially enjoyed waking up to church bells each morning! I would definitely stay here again.

There is a terrace advertised, but we did not have access to a terrace that we know of.

Best value for money I had during my stay in Italy. The views from the roof terrace are amazing.

The room is basic and pretty small. The bathroom isn't much bigger than an airplane toilet. But it's good to get a good night's sleep and then enjoy Assisi and its surroundings during the day.

Peaceful and pleasant!

Mr. Geo, the owner, was very kind and generous and all my expectations were met. The place is situated 2 min by foot away from the Church of Saint Claire, and it is right in the heart of Assisi. I definitely recommend this place!

Localização excelente, liberdade total pra ir e vir. Há uma cozinha disponível. Preço justo e staff muito tranquilo.

Faltou recolher o lixo comum nos 5 dias que estive hospedado. Os contêiners ficaram abarrotados de lixo.
